Farscape fantastic sci fi show some of the best acting, writng and aliens you'll ever see and a must see if you wanted to watch a good bit of sci fi and not forgetting Firefly also really good watch firefly first before serenity
Ctrl Alt Del Posted January 23, 2009 Posted January 23, 2009 One more reason to watch Stargate, especially SG-1, is if you like history or ancient mythology, Astro. Last I checked you liked it, or at least Roman history. You're in for a surprise if you have some knowledge of the ancient deities. What they did to the Asgard was so inspired, IMO.
Blix Posted January 23, 2009 Posted January 23, 2009 I would check out the 4 Lexx Movies, and the series if you haven't already. It's a pretty far-fetched story, but it's quite entertaining as well. One of the better scifi shows of the 98/2001 era imo.

swphreak Posted February 9, 2009 Posted February 9, 2009 I still haven't watched all of Farscape and it still doesn't make sense to me most of the time. I tried watching an episode of Babylon 5, but couldn't get past the first 5 minutes. Stargate (the movie), Stargate SG-1 (and dvd movies), and Stargate Atlantis are must sees. Eureka is a good show. It's not in space or anything, but you should check it out.
