A new time of rejoice is celebrated around the Galaxy. Thanks to the help of the GA, the Jedi, Roan Fel's empire, and those faithful of defeating the Sith, the Galaxy can be at peace. But for the moment... A new threat has risen. He calls himself the Dark Master. But he is also known as Darth Sethos. This Sith Lord is the survivor of the fallen Sith Order. He overthrew Roan Fel by having one of his spies as an Imperial Knight. Now, he claims the throne on Coruscant. He also has followers, called the Shadow Dwellers. No one can stand against him. None but one... Cade Skywalker, along with loved ones and friends, might rise up to help the Galaxy. But now, they're pirating for goods, having adventure, and trying to keep assassins off their backs... Rules - No God-modding. Meaning that no players are all powerful than other players, no one will have their own superweapons, make up things that aren't Star Wars related, etc. - You may play as characters from the Star Wars Legacy comics or make up your own character. You may play up to ONLY 3 characters if you like. - Be kind to each other in OOC ((Out of Character)). You may insult the players' characters, just not the players themselves. - Less swearing. He used to be an Technician/Mechanic working for the Empire, but later resigned due to an overeacting Xenophobic. Before Cade, he used to work for a team of Mercenaries as their mechanic - hence how he learned how to use a Blaster Rifle. Nale is often laid back, and shares a good friendship with Cade. He seems to get more darker now... Her adoptive Jedi mother and Jedi Master, Coral Mai, found her then, during a mission. When Coral died, Lyna was taken at the age of 15 as a slave girl. But abused by her circus master, Bonty Zam, she fled. Lyna continued to dance on streets for credits, but when she laid eyes on Cade Skywalker, she fell in love. Ever since she joined up with Cade, she wanted to tell her feelings to him, but was afraid. Lyna also has a great connection with the Force. Name: Slate Q'nal Eyes...Er, Eye: Grey Hair: Platinum Blonde Age: 31 Gender: Male Species: Human Personality: Tactical, often cold and manipulative in his methods, although with current past events he's grown a somewhat soft, and sorrowful side. Characteristics: Missing an eye not that anyone can tell; stealthy; can mess with peoples minds, even without the force; Is a genius, basically - uses 90% of his brain at all times, instead of the common percentage used in most humans. Weapons: Lightsaber [Red]; Pike Saber [silver]; 'Caster' Pistol - (This here is a better image of the 'Caster Pistol') Affiliation: Former Imperial Knight; Assassin - Freelance Appearance: In Armor; Same Armor - Different Look; You choose which is better. Bio: His early life is unknown, but when he grew up, he joined the military, becoming skilled in many areas, he became the test subject for a super soldier program. He left after awhile, not to be seen for some time, thought to have died by the scientists of the program. He went to a distant planet, learning how to be a successful assassin. He made his way back slowly, taking jobs on the way back to where it all started, becoming a secretive mercenary, he believed himself free. But when he came back, and was found out, he was sent for, the person who came to get him was an Imperial Knight, who detected a strong presence in the force from Slate. The knight knew this was not from the experiments, and immediately offered Slate the opportunity to join the Imperial Knights. Slate declined at first, and went his way, though he was still military 'property', he was not stopped. Eventually he had been forgotten, but with the New Sith Order, Slate became hunted, his files pulled up from the wreckage of the lab that 'created' him. He was wanted dead or alive, with death they could take his altered DNA, and clone him, with his life, they could corrupt him, clone him, and train more to be just like him. Death was better than life when it came down to it, but Slate didn't find either option a good one, he wanted to be free. He eventually hunted down Roan Fel, reminding him of the one who offered him the position to join the knights. Roan Fel remembered the man, and what he told him, the man dead now. Roan agreed, making Slate a freelance knight, not bound to them, and able to wear his own armor, but he will aid them when called upon. He only did this out of his own needs, and when he found the Knights could no longer serve his purpose, he left. During his time with the Knights, he learned many of the Knights' techniques, helping him hone his (At the time) newly found force abilities, and recently created weapons, that he gained through the help of the Knights. Now, after the defeat of the Sith, and the 'supposed' reign of peace, the veteran Former Imperial Knight has taken up the reigns of Assassin, under which he first started, and is traveling the galaxy alone once more, trying to forget about many of the events that had occurred during the war which he had reluctantly taken part in. - Now all we need is Grace to come back to LF and join this RP as her old character too!!! (Although that's a desire that will - sadly - most likely not come to pass *shakes head woefully*) Side Note: I find it funny that I was only just recently looking over old RP's I'd joined and was reading the one with Slate in it, giving myself sad feelings of nostalgia, when all-of-a-sudden you make this RP, how odd; and sly of you, SkywalkerRules! He's very quiet and down to earth. He travels as a smuggler for the simple joy of it, and believes that other peoples problems are they're own and doesn't get involved unless a good amount of money is offered. Homeworld: Acherin Occupation: Smuggler Weapon(s): Unarmed combat. Also carries around a blaster pistol similar to the SE-14C Ship: N/A Bio: Dravin was raised to be quiet in general. Taught to fight against opressing opponents. But that life didn't suit him, when he was able to fled from his planet as soon as he could on a transport. While the transport was traveling through space it was attacked and boarded. One of the smugglers found him hiding in the cargo bay and took him aboard the ship. Something about Dravin struck a cord with this paticular smuggler so he took him and trained him to become a smuggler. Escaping from danger sent a rush though him that he hadn't felt before. And now as an Adult he still gets that same feeling of excitment for the moment every time. Dravin after several years was able to save up for a ship but lost it soon after wards thanks to the shifty deal he obtained it through. Learned the ways of the force. Thought the life of the jedi wasn't for him. He always wanted to travel and go on adventures. So he became a pirate. Plunders where ever he goes. He travels with his crew which include himself , Vrik Starkiller his first mate , and DK-79 his assasain droid. He met Vrik on Tatooine during a raid in which Vrik helped him escape after stealing DK-79 from a powerful hutt. Austin Dukale was born and grew up on Dantooine and proved himself to be very stealthy, he found his way through his parents house and mapping out everything all down to the ventilation system. As he grew up he broke into other houses and stole valuable possessions and sold them to the highest bidder. When Austin was sixteen, he broke into one of the mansions and managed to avoid every security system that would be able to find him. Austin stole everything that looked like it would be worth a fortune and sold them for high prices. When Austin was eightteen he found Dantooine a boring place to live on, so he used the money he "earned" to buy a ship and called it the Red Beetle after painting it red. He is cold and ruthless to both his enemies and followers. He is also very paranoid, replacing all of his subordinates high up in the hierarchy frequently. Sethos also tolerates no mistakes, and usually the penalty for making them is death. Homeworld: Coruscant Occupation: Sith Lord Weapon(s): Red Longsaber The Force Flagship: The Malevolent One, a Pellaeon-class Star Destroyer Bio: Few who have looked into the vicious eyes of the man known as Darth Sethos have survived, and fewer still know how he became Darth Sethos. Many, however, know of his crimes and his infamous achievements as Sith Lord. He has destroyed countless Jedi in his quest to destroy the Jedi Order, and countless lightsabers are stored in his ship, stored as trinkets to intimidate those who would dare go against him. Ironically, the steps of Sethos into becoming a full-fledged Sith begun when he was but a young Jedi in Coruscant. He has excelled in everything the Academes have thrown at him, from lightsaber combat to force powers. What the Jedi Masters at the time did not know, or were too proud to know was that Sethos was receiving training from a practitioner of the Sith arts, and the reason why Sethos excelled in all subjects was because he used his intense hate for the Jedi and converted it into raw power. When Sethos was knighted as a full-fledged Jedi Knight, he fled into a remote system, where he begun his training in earnest. He learned the darker side of the Force there, under the tutelage of the unknown Sith Master. It is also in this remote system where Sethos gathered followers, to take down what he called the False Empire of Roan Fel and the Foolish Jedi Order. Sethos plotted for years after his training. Sethos came up with a foolproof plan. He sent one of his most talented apprentices to train as an Imperial Knight. Roan Fel bought all this, and soon his inside man was deep inside the Fel Empire. One day, a vibroblade struck through the chest of Roan Fel, brought about by Sethos himself, who was allowed passage by his inside man. Sethos stole Fel's lightsaber, which he now uses as his own. Sethos gathered all the remnants of Fel's Empire and claimed it as his own, forming his own gargantuan empire from the ruins. He called it, the "Bloodbringers". There is power in names, as Sethos discovered later on. Giving one's name to another means much trust, and can lead to the most vicious of betrayals. Sethos once had a wife and children at his home in Coruscant, and Sethos knew that they knew his name. His wife was long dead, but his children weren't. Sethos set up an attack in Coruscant as a distraction, and then he ventured to the home of his son and his daughter-in-law, then brutally killed them himself. Homeworld: Tatooine Occupation: Former Bounty Hunter, Jedi Killer Weapon(s): A modified concussion rifle which is now his right arm. Ship: The Devestator Bio: Cylax's childhood is something that not even he wants to remember. Not much is known about his childhood other than how hard it was growing up for him. He didn't shine in the world until he became a bounty hunter. Cylax found out he was quite good at tracking people down, and had very deadly aim with a rifle. He continued to hunt whatever he could until he met his first jedi. Seeing them as only fitting for his skill he would only take down jedi or sith until meeting the legend himself, Cade Skywalker. In a fight with Cade, Cylax's right arm was cut off and he was badly burnt by his own grenade. He survived and built himself a new arm with a suit to match. He was able to modify the suit to keep up with jedi's abilitis thanks to the money he earned from bounty hunting. He quit being a bounty hunter and now only kills jedi. Could you also have your character sense in the Force that his granddaughter, Lyna, is still alive? He's afraid that she may kill him and claim the throne herself. Just a thought. Also, if you all look up in the first post here, you can see who the player's characters are in the Dramatis Personae. That way there won't be any confusion to who's playing who. But at the age of 5, she was taken by raiding Black Sun pirates, and witnessed her family die. She became a slave, and worked on the rock of Kessel. Finally, at the age of 18, Syana escaped on a ship that was headed for Coruscant. There, the ship landed inside an Imperial ship, which belonged to Darth Sethos. The Dark Lord found her, and took her as his apprentice. Now, after training under Sethos, the young woman is a cold-hearted and skillful Sith apprentice that would do anything for her Master. Name: Atrila Age: 20 Gender: Female Species: Cathar Appearance: She looks quite a bit like Juhani with her eyes being yellow and her fur almost being an exact match except for being a slightly darker color. She wears a full body suit of slightly form-fitting Mandalorian armor with a Cathar head shaped helmet. Personality: Atrila has a strong sense of justice and will glady rise to the defense of those in trouble. She also has a small sense of humor. Homeworld: Cathar Occupation: Sith hunter, Former Jedi Weapon(s):One violet lightsaber, two blaster pistols Ship: A small modified BB-2 Bomber capable of hyperspace flight that is armed with two light laser cannons and two proton torpedo launchers complete with four medium laser cannons. The ship has been modified to run with a single pilot instead of the regular three. Bio: Atrila was born on the Cathar homeworld of Cathar twenty years ago to a family that can trace their family back as far as the Cathar Jedi Knight Juhani. During the reign of Darth Krayt, Atrila was forced to go into hiding and made good use of the time she was hiding to learn and become quite adapt at the Juyo lightsaber form, the Makashi lightsaber form and the Ataru lightsaber form. This gives her a great advantage when fighting a lone opponet but multiple opponets armed with blasters/lightsabers have proven a challenge to her in the past. As of now her ship is caught in a dogfight above the planet of Iego with multiple force sensative opponets who managed to track her after her last attack. Also Lyna's favorite. And I'll tell you why in the story. ^^ Don't kill these guys. They're going to be part of the story and upcoming battle.
