Alternate optional secondary control interface for moving Guybrush! All-star Monkey Island cast returns (of course)! In-game commentary by the game developers! It's a dream come true!!! This might be the single most amazing and well done thing LucasArts has ever done. It looks LOADS better than the already well-done SMI:SE!

Atlhough it doesn't look like they've used the old painting (or maybe they did in some parts, but did a massive paint over?) I don't mind at all. Anyway, this absolutely destroys the MI1SE...
Threepwood4life Posted March 11, 2010 Posted March 11, 2010 Very, very impressed with this, my all time favourite game gets the well deserved treatment loving the art, visuals and examples of music, wonder when the trailer will be up. I can't wait to play the original version with voices its gonna be heaven what would have made it even more better would be the option to select either the PC or Amiga soundtrack for the original version too. Roll on summer, I'm hoping they get approval from Microsoft quicker this time as last year when the first SE was announced at E3 it was already finished and they were just waiting for the green light, I hope for a May/June release but less likely.

Yeah, by the looks of things its almost as if the game is already finished,so I don't understand why they would be releasing it in Summer if its already done. Hopefully they will have some clips tomorrow.
Threepwood4life Posted March 11, 2010 Posted March 11, 2010 I had a response from Craig Derrick on his twitter page, I asked him how far into development it was and were they close to finishing and he said the following; "Still some work to do, but we're close. Really stoked you like what we've shown so far!"

The site is under, maintance at the moment. I think they're deleting all those "MI2:SE Cover Artwork"-threads. An more realistically, it's probably S&M related.
