Great bowling night last night...203-257-246 for a 706; that would be one off of my personal best series. And all three games were over 200...that hadn't happened in a few years (I hadn't shot 700 since two summers ago until last night). :D

This constant damp weather is playing havoc with my sinuses. Bleah.

I'm not exactly a fan of the stupid hot, humid weather... but a little sunshine in June would be nice.

I took a health screening yesterday. I'm in pretty good shape except my weight. Gotta get back on that... if I can find the time and get the weather to cooperate to get outdoors for a couple hours every day again.

Still don't have my car back. I'm gonna have to look into that tomorrow.

I'm thinking I need to redo my signature, but I just feel like slacking...Red Squadron has just moved to a new webhost & has a new domain name. And not that they play the games much anymore...they're more a writing and roleplay group now. I've been more making sure the forums are in good working order.

I missed all that. What happened?

There is nothing to see here, Keyan ;)

Seriously, just a spammer :dozey:

Yeah... A page long post about great discounts for designer handbags or something by a first-time poster. Like 30 long paragraphs of gibberish.

I still feel crummy. My sinuses are aching from being full, then empty... and all the nose blowing I've been doing. And my sides hurt from coughing. It's been a lousy month so far... with my back going out... then this. Getting old sucks. Don't do it.

And I still don't have my car. They found additional damage underneath once the bumper was off they had to address.

WOrked til 1am THis morning... like the previous 3 mornings. Now have to come in from 1030am til 9pm. 9.5 hours from both clocking in. Obviously we humans just go home and immediately fall asleep. They also want me to work 6 hours on Friday, which is usually my day off (along with Saturday)

Tired of having to be punished for my Managers lack of foresight of hiring people for our busiest time.

That sounds like my every day schedule. I've honestly haven't even noticed it's summer yet. And when I have had a day off, I've been too busy or felt too awful (or both...) to actually enjoy it at all.

My summer at work is about to get a whole lot busier... The woman who works as the other engineer with me is having her 3rd baby in a couple of weeks. Her husband also works as a manager in our department. She's out for at least 3 months starting next week, and he follows her for a month or so as soon as she gives birth.

The rest of us in the department will just have to make up the slack... except of course, for the couple of folks who pre-planned and scheduled their 2+ weeks vacations in July.

Which means for the busiest couple of summer work weeks at the end of July, our 8 manager department which would have been totally overworked even staffed at full strength during those couple of weeks, will have to make due less than half that number.

Guess who is one of the lucky ones left to take up the slack? And we are all on salary. No OT for us. Just a vague promise that we can take additional time off when it's not busy.

Figured it out, from 3pm Wednesday, to 3pm Friday, i would get 15.5 hours off to go home, sleep and get ready to go to work again.. twice.

Told my workplace to stuff it.

They also want us to work 3 more fridays in the months of July and August.
