Metallus
What happened, to the best of my knowledge, was that he guessed Ike's password and made a global announcement on LF.com using his account, as well as changing the user titles to include spinning rebel pilot helmets, among other things. matt--
If he wanted to do harm, he would have turned the forums off. The admins wouldn't even know because they can still access them. Of course when no one posts for a few days, they might get suspicious.
Delphi's Clone
or he could have banned every one
matt--
If he *really* wanted to do harm, he could have de-admined the rest of the staff. I don't think anyone can de-admin Aristotle though...he has access to the server, and could just activate a backup copy.
Lynk Former
Damn... and I thought the rs.net forums couldn't get any crazier...
Ikhnaton
LukA exploited a security hole in the system and got into my account and Lujayne and used my account to post an announcement about the security hole. He changed some of my settings and whatnot. LukA probably should have been a super mod when the forums moved, but for some reason he wasn't, but was instead just a mod of all the RS forums, when he was removed as a mod by me, thinking that he still had super mod powers, he ended up having nothing. he wasn't overly happy about that, but his intent wasn't really malicious, he just went about it the wrong way. I don't even know if he is banned.
