fido4fox Posted April 18, 2002 Share Posted April 18, 2002 I have been reading Tolkien for a few years and I read the posts on different site about the two towers and return of the king. Now dont get me wrong, I think that FOTR was done very well, but I think that they could have done a better job and stuck to the story a little more. I'm currently reading the hobbit...that book is so cool! heheehehe i never read any lotr books b4 seeing the movie...and i could agree w/u.....umm....u might want to get the rated r dvd, it shows more of the battle i'm definetely going to beg to get it! But the only thing that really bothered me was Arwen's role. I mean, in the book she was just an elf in Rivendell, but in the movie she's the one who actually carried Frodo to Rivendell!
