Like, I go to the page and type in "Mojo - bad for your monkey" and then it gets stored on a list. Everytime the main page recieves a certain number of hits, say 200, the quote automatically changes to the next one on the list. Seriously though its still a good idea, perhaps it could be limited only to people who have a mojo account, that way if they do break the rules and someone spots it, they can be blocked from changing the 'slogan thingy' again.
