Count Tyranus
Several Episode III scenes were filmed during Episode II, but they were litterally scenes like: "Hey, Ewan, walk across this bluescreen-covered room!". Sounds like fun, eh? 2005...hmmm... I think I will take SivyB's advice and go to sleep now. Night night...
Pad
not really, there were scenes shot, like at the desert in ..., to make sure they dont need to come back there.

JediNyt
Ya I saw the imax add at sw.com. I dunno. Why would you wanna it in nonwidscreen format? Sounds lame to me. I dont care how big the screen is. It has to be widscreen on digital preojection. Imax is for movies shot with imax.
Count Tyranus
Count Dooku uses twin lightsabers against Yoda when he realises that he needs to escape. There was another scene planned where Dooku looses his red Rapier lightsaber, but this was scrapped entirely when you see Dooku escape onto his Solar Sailor with a red-bladed weapon. Plus, he spent so long working on that special design, it would be a pitty to loose it! I'm glad the Plo Koon/Ki-Adi Mundi scene will be included, because when I first heard about it I thought it would be amazing! I'm glad Episode II concentrates on some other Jedi apart from the one or two main characters. Episode I only showed us Qui-Gon Jinn and Obi-Wan Kenobi, and I was just dying to see the Jedi Council in a major fight-scene!

buzdapimp
I;m hoping Kit Fisto appears in some saber fights in EPIII, he's pretty hardcore. He is a nautolan, with long tentacles on his head. Fisto rocks.

Admiral Vostok
I agree. There's been a three year gap between each episode of the two trilogies. Changing that would be weird! I read about the IMAX thing on starwars.com too. They're not just showing the 35mm format on the giant screen, they're going back and digitally adding in the side bits so it is in IMAX format! That would be so cool! Does anyone know if it's going to come to Australia? Because we've got an IMAX theatre here in Brisbane that no-one ever attends because most IMAX films are lame. They're thinking of closing it down. Star Wars might help them out though!
ET Warrior
I've heard that it's only releasing in canada and the US.....i could be wrong, and i hope so, for the sake of all star wars fans outside of the US........
