Ya he means Obi alright. He felt the presence of his old master.

Yes we have to wait Leemu Im sorry.:( But ya know the wait is part of the fun so I really dont mind.:) All the anticipation, the thoughts, the theories, the building up, the fandom, yahoo!:D

Big quote mistake, Rogue 15. Vader does not say "The last time I felt him, was in the presence of my old master.". The scene plays out like this:

"He is here."

"Obi-Wan Kenobi? How can you be sure?"

"A tremor in the Force. The last time I felt it, was in the presence of my old master."

"Surely he must be dead by now..."

Darth Vader means he felt the tremor in the Force, not Obi-Wan, while he was with his old master. In other words, he can sense his old master's presence, i.e: he can sense Obi-Wan Kenobi. Also, Count Dooku is the apprentice to the master, and cannot take a learner himself, so Vader can't be Dooku's apprentice.
