Don't get me wrong I love ALL hard rock, but this is my refined HARD METAL mix. Most of these bands were around long before the linkin park dudes were born. I already did a rock thread 3 months ago about a newer mix including linkin park, Limp, Korn and Vanilla Ice (Ice Ice baby remix), and more. If I find it I'll let you know
MysticSpade
Vanilla Ice HAHAHAHAHAHA. but i do get your point on the HARD Rock. i apparently looked over that. but i would put Godsmack's Awake, or just cuz i like it "I stand alone"
Taos
Looks like a pretty good list to me.......you've got Metallica, Korn Those are great.......the only thing I could add maybe, would be TooL.
XERXES
great metallica choices )nothing from S&M though ) why is there no AC/DC? System of a Down, meh...dunno i just cant stand them, almost as bad as Limp Bizkit or some other new bands. Korn seems a little outta place in that list too...but whatever floats your boat. No Tool or even early NIN from the 80s! oh well.

XERXES
NIN and Tool ARE metal. But can be argued to be a lot of stuff cause their music is so varied.

I thought my REAL list from disc #1 would be too violent for the swampies. Lol, I was wrong. Originally posted by XERXES nothing from S&M though ... why is there no AC/DC? System of a Down ... All that goodness is on disc #2 I forgot to mention disks 2 and 3, they have Metallica SnM, ACDC live from London, Gwar, Motorhead, Ice T (Bodycount), Slayer, Iron Maiden, Slipknot I added Korn to this list (the original cd has Fight Fire with Fire by Metallica live at woodstock) Oh my bad, it's Godsmack - Awake not Alive. I like too many of their songs and make an Ode To Zach De La Rocha cd
