Matt-Liell Posted December 1, 2002 Posted December 1, 2002 I was watching Ep 2 on DVD yesterday and i noticed after Mace says "This party's over!" as the jedi were igniting their sabers that Ki-Adi-Mundi's blade is blue. Now this wasnt news to me so i kept watching then after the whole part when they are sourrounded and Dooku talks to them and the clones come right before they r about to board the gunships u see a scene with Padmé shooting and Ki-Adi-Mundi behind her but he is weilding a green saber! then u see him board a gunship with a blue saber! just thought id let everyone know so they could watch for it! Anyone else see that before?
-s/<itzo- Posted December 1, 2002 Posted December 1, 2002 interesting.... i've never notice that before.
DiRtY $oUtH™ Posted December 1, 2002 Posted December 1, 2002 are you sure it was Ki-Adi-Mundi all 3 times? Maybe it was somebody that looks like him?
Kstar__2 Posted December 1, 2002 Posted December 1, 2002 *man in black suit arrives* There are NO faults in epII *man in black suit leaves* *leaving yadu behind, paralized* probably done by two different graphic artists
obi Posted December 1, 2002 Posted December 1, 2002 Well, we all know how jedi go through their lightsabers.
t3rr0r Posted December 1, 2002 Posted December 1, 2002 i remember someone talking about this way back in the ki-adi-mundi model thread... or at least i think that's where.
Matt-Liell Posted December 1, 2002 Author Posted December 1, 2002 Originally posted by kstar__2 probably done by two different graphic artists thats what i thought aswell, but i was stunned when i saw it! 5 minutes later...... then back to this....
DiRtY $oUtH™ Posted December 1, 2002 Posted December 1, 2002 that damn Lucas!!! Well, nobody's perfect right?
Matt-Liell Posted December 1, 2002 Author Posted December 1, 2002 Originally posted by Darth Yoda85 Well, nobody's perfect right? he tried i guess lol! but he should have learned from yoda, "Do or do not! There is no try!"
Darth Simpson Posted December 1, 2002 Posted December 1, 2002 Just checked for myself, you are absolutely correct. Never noticed that before. He changes sabers within 15 seconds, it's not very likely he's using a new one.
Mex Posted December 1, 2002 Posted December 1, 2002 Woah, I just noticed it, has anyone seen the mace windu one too? In one bit its purple, then blue for a second then purple!

Darth Talliusc Posted December 1, 2002 Posted December 1, 2002 nice observational skills Arroblade! not as noticeable as that terrible mistake in the dinner scene of padme and ani. uggh anybody else think that it was terrible how she "ate" that fruit that ani floated over to her? i mean she bites it and half the frickin fruit just pops off!

Chewbacco Posted December 1, 2002 Posted December 1, 2002 His light saber could've gotten destroyed and picked up another one from a dead jedi and used it, there are many other possibilities.
Sivy Posted December 1, 2002 Posted December 1, 2002 yes it is a mistake, but compared to most mistakes in films, it's a very very small one not like the stormtrooper hitting his head in ANH makes me smile everytime i see it
Darth Talliusc Posted December 1, 2002 Posted December 1, 2002 care to share a link with that sivy? i dont recall seeing that... though i dont ever watch ANH anyways. did he fall down or something??

Sivy Posted December 1, 2002 Posted December 1, 2002 Originally posted by Darth Talliusc care to share a link with that sivy? i dont recall seeing that... though i dont ever watch ANH anyways. did he fall down or something?? it's when han & chewie, luke & leia are running about the death star. they split up and you hear a voice over a comm saying, they've split up, they're now on levels something and something. then you see a group of stormtropper coming through a blast door and the one on the right must of been a bit too tall and smacks his head. http://www.imagestation.com/mypictures/inbox/view.html?id=4246074374&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.imagestation.com%2Fpicture%2Fsraid38%2Fp3a46e69d14af8d0adcc9289b42c6b3d0%2Ffd15f406.gif&caption=trooperbloop see for yourself, and i believe it's still on the SE as well
