It is said that mideivel legand claimed bad dreams were caused by female demons who sat on a sleeping person's chest, preventing breathing. These demons were called 'night mares'. Well, I didn't know that was the origin of the word and I thought I'd share this lil' bit o' trivia with you. Anyone have any interesting nightmares lately?
