It's is a MASSIVE strategy game that starts in 1936, 3 years before the historical begining, and can progress to 1948 on the longest of the campaigns. Almost everything is customizable. Leaders gain XP, you may customize your own cabinet and even down to convoy routes. Another hint, this game was made by a developer which recently gained fame for its last two games involving the early word (1400s-1820s). And has used the same engine for each of the games mentioned.
