dark jedi 8 Posted April 1, 2003 Posted April 1, 2003 hhmmmm...... i find your lack of faith disturbing. i think yoda was starting to get tired of fighting a weak old fart human like dooku. any longer and that little green monster would have had to wait when dooku had to call a break after having a stroke.

Posted April 2, 2003 Posted April 2, 2003 Yoda being much stronger in the force than Dooku would therefore be able to call on that force to help him keep a good stamina, and be able to fight longer than Dooku. Plus Dooku uses the dark side of the force and gets fatigued faster. So if Yoda and Dooku were even as swordfighters, Yoda would eventually get the best out of Dooku.

Posted April 2, 2003 Posted April 2, 2003 I just though since the light side of the force helps you live longer (yoda), and the dark side destroys you (palpy), the same idea would apply to a shorter lapse of time, where you call on the force. I might be wrong but thats how I see it and nothing has proved the opposite is true also.

ras1310 Posted April 8, 2003 Posted April 8, 2003 Definitely Yoda. If Dooku could have beaten him, he would have stayed there until he managed it. That would have been a major defeat for the Jedi. Instead he not only fled, he had to make a distraction to ensure he got away.
