What game are you currently playing?

Ok, so this is like the least original topic possible, but anyway... What game are you currently playing?

I'm replaying Broken Sword I, and I'm digging it more than the last time I played it (years ago). Truly one of the greatest adventure games of all time.

After many a year of knowing of the game, I have finally gotten around to playing Sam and Max. I had heard bundles about it, and all of that nonsence, but never got around to playing it. Its quite a good game; surprised me. I'm also finishing up replaying Full Throttle.

I'm sort of in the middle of two games. I'm replaying Curse of Monkey Island for the second time, and I'm replaying Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time for, oh, probably the 14th time or something. :p But I have an excuse for that one, because I'm working on a huge OoT fanfic project.

I'm currently playing Frozen Throne, the addon for Warcraft III. It's fantastically brilliant and I recommend it for everybody who likes strategy games at least a tiny little bit. I'm currently in the middle of the thrid campaign so I have roughly one and a half to go until I'm finished.

I'm also playing a season of NHL 2003 at the moment.

I'm currently playing the PC talkie version of Beneath a Steel Sky (finally!), thanks to the wonders of ScummVM. I'm also playing GTA Vice City, which is allegedly good.

Also: Worms World Party.

Anywhere i can buy Beneath a Steel sky (in england?) only i had it for the Amiga years ago, but never got that far despites it's brilliance.

At the mo, I'm playing Syberia (for the first time, but i've heard good things) and because of you all, I may go out and buy Broken Sword and see if I can get it working (although I've already played and completed it round a friends house, but it wouldn't work on my comp). nd you're right, BS1 is better, although I don't really see good things for BS3.

I might throw on SOMI for a bit if I'm bored.

Dude, if Broken Sword 3 is as good as it looks...

Dude, all I've actually seen of it is a f****d up german MPEG and a few screenshots of him not looking like the charcter from the first two (I'm not even going to start on Nico).

But I guess, if they have the same writers, they could dcome up with a pretty good fantasy/action game. I'll still buy it just to see what it's like, I just don't have high hopes for it being as good as the other two, or at least as good as the first.

Dude, seems slightly intelligent and adventureous (if I can use that word in this situation). Looks to be good, thank you, you have enlightened me. Go BS3!

So, Dude, any news on where to get Beneath a Steel Sky?

Neil, BASS will be released for free by Revolution once ScummVM fully supports it (officially) which it will do in 0.5.0 which will be out...in the next few weeks hopefully.

I will be waiting.

Also, I have also been playing Need for Speed 2 SE (I am so old) but simply for entertainment purposes of smashing into other cars :D

And so I did, and it did, it worked on XP, even without SCUMMVM or whatever.

I had forgotten what a brilliant game that was, shere class.

I spend my time rescuing irate dwarfs, slaying orcs, and out-smarting evil sorcerers. Then I play Icewind Dale II!

I also played Grim Fandango some more.

Icewind Dale 2 rules. I hope you have at least one Drow character in your party.

At the moment, I'm playing Day of the Tentacle and BASS.

I just picked up Pokemon Ruby, which is still fun even though it's exactly the same as its predecessors. Shut up everyone.

I also bought a SNES from the back of someones car with a bunch of titles, so I'm playing through Super Mario World and Zelda: A Link to the Past, which are, of course, two of the best games ever. Probably even better than Pokemon.
