Boba Rhett
Was it working before? It just all of a sudden stopped working? Are you sure your operating system is Windows 98?
txa1265
Also - shouldn't you be able to run the 'Analyze your computer' from the Troubleshooting menu off of the main launcher? What does that tell you? If you're on Win95/98 it should be accurate. Mike

BawBag™
Dumb question - Is JK still installed on your machine? It could be that due to the fact MotS requires JK disc's etc.
Black Knight of Keno
leXX, uh... Nothing except Mozilla Firefox BawBag, I re-installed many times JK:DF2 in the smae time that I reinstalled MotS and it was in my computer when I tried MotS when it crashed
Andy867
have you tried updating your video drivers as well as getting the most recent DirectX version, which will significantly help with graphical issues.

Kurgan
If you have BETA drivers that might be a problem since those often have bugs and are incompatible with certain things. Get the LATEST official DX 9 drivers for your specific operating system and video card drivers. I'm using an (admittedly old) GeForce2 GTS 32 mb video card, but I'm running Win2kpro and have a modern processor, mobo, etc. and soundblaster live! and MotS runs fine. If you recently upgraded anything on your system or installed a new OS, an uninstall/reinstall may be necessary and as was suggested, check the system analyzer program and your drivers. -Update DirectX drivers -Update Video card drivers -Update Soundcard drivers -Reboot
