Theres a lot of different ways of taking screenshots, type in your kotor.ini file enablescreenshots=1 or download reclip (Darth333 told me :D), or download Fraps its a program for taking screenshots

hope that helps

Hey, it helps but like what buttons do you press

I typed in EnableScreenshots=1 (it said "=0")

I heard somewhere you had to press ctrl+s or something like that.

RedHawke how do you take a screenshot close enough to the face to make it your avatar(Last time I tried it came out blurry)

I found it best to be on the Ebon Hawk. Walk your character close to a wall and rotate your camera. Takes a little positioning to get it right. Take your screenshot.

When you open it to edit (Photoshop, PaintShopPro, etc.) Select All (Ctrl+A) and Copy (Ctrl+C). Open a "new" document with a symmetrical size (ie 500x500) and Paste (Ctrl+V), don't use the "paste into" function, it will get all funky then. Position your pic with the Move (V) tool to your desired framing.

Re-size the image in "half" increments (250x250, 125x125). You'll retain a better image quality through each phase of the re-size cuz' there's less dithering involved (as opposed to jumping straight down to your desired size).

Hope that works for ya'!

(I may be a beginner modder, but I LIVE in Photoshop ;) )

::: EDIT :::

shortcut keys are for Photoshop, sorry...it's a habit :eek:
