El Sitherino
Take a paperclip or something. Use as a lever and pry the key out.

jon_hill987
you mean the activation code? as far as I know when you give them your product key it is a combination of the key of that copy of XP and your PC this is then used to produce the activation code, it is unique to the PC and that copy of windows so you cant use that copy on another PC, but I could be wrong. EDIT: anyway isn't this sorta' thing frownd appon here?

tk102
No that is the Context Menu button. Works like a Right-Click most of the time. C'mon folks, you use the keyboard everyday ... you think those special keys are for someone else?
jon_hill987
Nah, the windows one is on the other side and has the MS logo on it and opens the start menu. i know what that one does. Try typing lucasforums in the adress bar and press ctrl+enter; it surrounds it with http://www. and .com. Works for most browsers.

Evil Dark Jedi
I like that key. It helps me take a shortcut to the start menu and get me out of games if I need to do something else.
Astrotoy7
my guess is Kain is probably talking about the key on the keyboard that has the windows logo on it ?? and that it is interfering with gaming ?? for a solution: *whats your OS ? *what happens/why do you want to turn it off ? the basic answer is you need to go into the control panel and there is a 'keymap' you can alter, you can diasble it entirely Im sure or make it be anything you want ??
