Probably already been done, but now it's my turn for a Bao-Dur/Maul skin

Very nicely done. :)

Maybe want to change the eyes ever so slightly though to have more balance between red orange and yellow that the Sith eyes usually are as eyes are looking a little too yellow right now.

It might even be a good idea to simply find a picture of darth maul online, cut out the eye from the picture and over lay it on your head, then do some slight airbrushing, which was something I did on some of my own mods.

Here are two good picture links for doing that if you want to:

Again, nicely done.

Yeah, I had noticed the eyes and planned on refining them - don't know why I didn't copy them from another image, as I've done it with a few other skins I'm currently working on.

I think is probably as good as I'll get it - anything more means I'll likely need to "cross over" part of the pattern to another part of the texture, and it was pretty tough lining up the area around the upper horns; which isn't exactly as good as I'd like but am running out of patience to do more

I'll get at least one stage of transition from "normal" Bao-Dur to this, and then possibly try to fix up that part on top of his head.

Whoops, sorry guys!

I was cleaning up my Photobucket account and moved all my stuff into a single KotOR folder.

So here they are:

Initial attempt -

Revised (mainly the eyes) -

Then the transitions -

It's part of a "Party NPC" package I'm in the process of trying to put together. While I'm not sure I'm going to change everyone, the changes that are made will range from subtle (simple eye/hair color changes that I think better suit the character's personality) to things like Bao-Dur looking like Maul when he falls to the darkside.

The only real constant change is that, for those characters I work on, there will be 3 darkside levels (2 transitions and a final) instead of the normal two. This requires two different 2DA edits, so releasing them seperate wouldn't be ideal, as the person who downloaded them would need to make additional edits to get them all to play nice.

Those not done are probably going to be the droids, Mandalore, and Kreia

Kreia doesn't change in her alignment until she reveals herself as Traya, so there's no need for the extra transitions, and her looks fit her character IMO. Mandalore always has hit armor on, so you never see his transitions. And the droids, well they don't have transitions because they're droids :p

But I encountered a problem. My TSL installation went whacko, so I reinstalled it. Didn't think to backup my save games so I have to get all my party again in order to test the changes.
