The Hidden One
Only 4 levels, albeit long levels, but I think the game could have been longer.

BeBop
There are four levels? But Nokill is right, almost everyone thinks it's too short. I mean what about those missions that Delta squad constantly finds itself being sent on.
Cheech Marin
No, there aren't only four levels. There are 3 campaigns, which are subdivided into several levels. Look at the "Campaign Map" in the main menu and you'll see the names of the levels.
Kurgan
6 hours is pretty short. Elite Force was only 6 hours and it was called short (back in 2001).
Commando_Iblis
Yeah, its too short. Especially for its price-point.
El Sitherino
No shorter than JA or even Doom 3. :\
ZBomber
I haven't even beaten it yet....
Shok_Tinoktin
I'd rather they made it short and good, then long and average. Not that I would mind if it was longer and of equal quality. But if I played the full version as many times as I played the demo, it would easily keep me entertained for a year without even doing any multiplayer. But IIRC, JA was rated 10-15 hours, depending on if you skipped levels. It's definately more than the 6 hours commonly attributed to RC. We're talking average SP gameplay here, not rushing through on easy or cheating or messing around or something I assume, but also not a "speed run" where you beat the game in like 30 minutes. El Sitherino
I got through doom 3 within 5 hours. JA, I took my time the first play, but 2nd play I just "hit and run"d it. Finished within about 6 and a half hours. And I ALWAYS play with difficulty on hard.
Joetheeskimo
Originally posted by InsaneSith No shorter than JA I have to disagree with that one, JA must've taken me at least three times as long as it took me to beat RC. Commando_Iblis
Yeah JA took a lot longer, especially on hard. And don't forget there was both a light and dark campaigns that could be played.
ZBomber
Weird, it only took me about 8 hours for JA, and I've already played about 3 in RC and I'm on one of the first few missions.

And I always play on hard so... yeah.

Ham Yoyo
I'm only half way through the second campaign. But I got a late start on the game and I only get to play one day a week thanks to work.

Joetheeskimo
Originally posted by ZBomber The ship keeps exploding. And besides, if you die, you still got a chance. Oh, man! I hated that mission. I once started from the beginning, ignored everyone that attacked by leaving my squad to deal with them (great leadership eh? ) and managed to slice the console with two minutes left. Then it said to go to the aft of the ship, and I stood in the aft until I had been killed off by trandos, with no gunship arriving! Don't worry, I got it eventually. BeBop
Originally posted by ZBomber The ship keeps exploding. And besides, if you die, you still got a chance. Really? I only once had the ship blow up on me. The reason I had difficulty on that part and had to redo it a few times was becuase my entire squad would go down on the bridge. Had to learn how to use ammo perfectly on the way over there. So as to by pass every enemy at maximum speed while still having enough ammo to survive on the bridge. (I have no time for 2 Dekas blocking my path.)

Evil Dark Jedi
Its average length to me. Not short. Now a game such as BF is short.
Ranre
Eh.... I wouldnt say its long yet I wouldnt say its short. If you dnt play your cards right you could be at the reciving end of a Dwarfs canon. But other wise it was an average length of time.
