REDJOHNNYMIKE
uh, ED, my last post was on topic, "What if you had $10,000 (not to big, not to small) what would you do with it" It is a viable what if question:) Care to respond to it:) I hope a moderator shows up, they always post interesting stuff:)

REDJOHNNYMIKE
It's been WAAAAAAAY to long since I've looked into new hardware:D Last stuff that I was all excited about was saving to get a 3Ghz (nothing special just a single faster processor) based computer with a gig of RAM, the whole thing would of only been around $4-5000, I guess you just know where all the best stuff is:) Just for fun, what is it:redbounc: That's what I get for saving up for a stupid house:p But I could "almost" get that computer, But it would take my savings and pocket change, and I'm not willing to give those up just so I could send you your dream computer (it would be obsolete in 3 months anyway) Any idea what Devon's problem with the thread was? REDJOHNNYMIKE
Dang JG that sounds SWEET Why can't those processors go faster thatn 2.4Ghz? @General Kenobi, I did say in my first post that it's alright to discuss the Q and A's, so it's not really of topic to chat about the answers, as long as it's not too many posts without posting a new what if, And remember, this is not the "what if" thread, it's the.... REVENGE OF THE WHAT IF THREAD So it's more extreme, intense, and in depth:D I would prefer a Mandalore head:cool: "WHAT IF Microsoft suddenly released the "complete compat." patch for PC to Apple OS and EVERYTHING WORKED ON BOTH MACHINES? REDJOHNNYMIKE
I don't know a durn thing about MACs, all I know is they post higher hardware numbers in their adds. The reason is, I used to visit my granpa all the time, and use his computer when I was there, He swore by the MAC, and it ALWAYS locked up whenever I tried to play anything, so I never got interested in them, Besides their style always seemed annoyingly elitist and artsy:p

General Kenobi
@Johnny Yep Macs are mostly designed for the designer The locking up is almost unheard of on a Mac though. I've had one Mac over here that has been running for 3 yrs now or more as a server and works like a charm. I'd recommend a Mac over a PC if you are gonna use it for just general stuff anyday BUT then again your talkin' to a designer soooo... I can attest to the PowerBook's toughness as I (about 6 months ago) accidentally drove over my PowerBook with my SUV and it had nary a scratch on that Titanium casing. I was amazed I use Macs for Photoshop as they run about 50,000,000 times better I think You can take the designer out of a Mac but NEVER the Mac out of a designer. ----Thomas Knoll (if you designers use pshop you know who this man is)

When I saw the faces of the innocent people we were murdering trying to get at Saddam I was horrified to hear the people descibe us, asking and praying to god to help them. REDJOHNNYMIKE
"what if military intelligence wasn't and oxi-moron?" Then the military would probably be more centered around Black Ops, Special Forces, ninjas, Etc., and be able to employ more surgical tactics. I asume you are probably reffering to Iraq, and the problem with gathering information there, is that the insurgents are imbedded in the local population, and can recruit people who normally aren't suspected, We could debate that kind of stuff forever though. Another problem is that the military is expected to know about every single surprise and secret ambush, no matter how quickly planned, Due to media influence of the public opinion. And if you're just wanting to whine and flame about the war, Remember, we currently have one of the lowest casualty numbers of any war we've been in, When compared with Vietnam and the world wars, the number of soldiers who give their lives to protect the civilians of foreign countries doesn't even come close. "What if Bush wasn't president?" Than we would have (not flaming by the way:D) a Flip floping, Liberal, Do or say anything to please everyone instead of sticking to your guns, president like Kerry. REDJOHNNYMIKE
I never got around to watching it yet, but I could probably use the same reasoning on the maker of the movie. Make a new thread for this, It's a what if thread, and if I start answering with the truth, somebody's gonna start flaming, because people would rather hear the emotion ruled opinions of the "left" than the truth about life:p BOT What if Sam Fisher is actually a real dude, and the game is a cover up?
