I thought you were 21. Anyone who's gone trhough grade school, middle school, high school and (is in?) college should know how to spell by now.

I am quite skeptical. In most schools, you have to write essays, and you usually get marked down if there are spelling errors. While you don't have to be an expert, I don't see how you can pass college while being a poor speller.

Fettucine Alfredo with a good spicy sausage in the sauce.

And as for putting ketchup on pasta of any kind, how sacrilegious can one get? (had to use dictionary.com for that one :D )

I was about to say that you got the spelling wrong anyway, but you got it right. I guess I learned something new this morning!

:confused: ya don't get excepted to a college because you can spell I got excepted to a tech school because of my technical skills, and my logical reasoning skills and since you can only hand in things electronically there I would always have a spell checker anyway:D and I've noticed spelling errors in your posts before and I don't complain so stop complaining and how can you spell favorite wrong the u and v buttons aren't even close to each other on any keyboard:p

;) oooh... pretty buttons.... I think ED has the right idea...

SO.... anyone have any recipes and such? (blatantly stolen idea from tk102 ;) ).. hehehe

I'm personally looking for a decent recipe on "white sauce" (such as an Alfredo, Wine Sauce, etc.) All of my attempts have been... edible "in theory", though I wouldn't necessarily serve it to anyone I want to impress :p

I can manage red sauces and marinara's fine... it's just the white sauces that I'm having probs with.. :o

p.s. feel free to start a thread on the importance of spelling and grammar... just don't hijack this thread please.. :)

I just hope they're not shiny with big flashing lights...

Everyone else, favorite is spelled how I just spelled it.

Now, just to deny the new moderator a chance to use his new buttons again, I'll be getting back on topic. :p

I take it that the way you spell favorite as "favourite" that you are not from the United States. I suppose you also spell color as "colour"? There's nothing wrong with that.
