I really really really dislike the fact that they put: Strong against and Weak against. This is something the player should discover and see how he or she plays best.

Yeah I agree with you on this. I have fun discovering whats good and bad against what, it is part of the game. Making it already layed out takes away all the fun. Finding out what has a tactical advantage over what is just part of an RTS in my view.

of DonBilbo (21. 12. 2005, 18:58) A Preview brought the game to magazine "PC PowerPlay" to EaW. Beside some new Screenshots in the article it is among other things, mentioned that one can facilitate assistance from smugglers, and smuggle around some Credits from the opponent . The counterpart to the smuggler is the bounty hunter, evenly seeks out those smugglers, and keeps them from stealing Credits. In addition it was mentioned that R2D2 will be able to hack opposing defese towers, so that they take the opponent bace. Also quite interesting, but rather fun: By means of space bar one can change into the so-called "cinema perspective" and is then in the middle in the action, but isnt good to give anyone orders.

In the today's issue of PC PowerPlay, a small Preview is and a few screens over Empire at war was to be found. The screens showed a view of the first Missions. In the Preview you can read that you can steal money of the opponent with smugglers in addition, that you can recrute bounty hunters, that hunt evenly these hostile smugglers to find and extinguish. With R2-D2 you (as you can also see on one of the screens) can hack and program the hostile turrets in such a way that they fire on the units of the Imperiums instead of on your own.

The opinion of Martin Deppe:

Quote: Although I was on Empire at war over two hours on rebel and Imp, in the orbit and on planets, I want to give still no opinion. Why? Because it was a free campaign, it depends a lot on the balance - and on the conection with the given missions. If its a hit, it will be a very good game. oops, that was an opinion nevertheless!

Okay shadowsfm he was only voluntering, do not take it personal. the last two posts have been deleted and we need to all go back on topic.

I also noticed the grid like planets must be un-explored planets because in the lower left map you can notice they are greyed but the colored planets look regular in the display while the grey ones are grids.
