Aash Li
I heard about this rumour once long ago, and thought the idea of live-action transformers was laughable. Back when I heard about, I think CG wasnt that good, and a LA version of Transformers would have majorly sucked. Me being such a fangirl for transformers, Id still go see it. El Sitherino
It's transformers, how good does it need to look? You could make Optimus Prime out of cardboard boxes and he'd still kick the **** out of everything, ever. And that is a scientific fact.

I annexe this scientific fact in the name of the Empire of Silly Science. It's now an empirical scientific fact

Jamie looked funny in his Optimus Prime suite. Seriously, this is one movie I will have to see. I wonder who will be in it...

I agree, well.. except the fan-girl part hehehe.. Of course, with the CG tech we have nowadays.. I think the movie could seriously kick some arse... and I'm quite sure that the video game (video card permitting) would be just as sweeet.. Here's a few samples of what can be done (for the movie).. and I'm, sure if someone like IML got ahold of it, then it would be ten-fold times better.. but these aren't shabby by any means... Since game devs use a similar technique (or can rather), this would/could seriously be some eye-candy (Just look at Oblivion footage and we can see it's possible).. Prime
and a game just for you, primeski... clicky I really want to be able to give this the... It's transformers, how good does it need to look? You could make Optimus Prime out of cardboard boxes and he'd still kick the **** out of everything, ever. And that is a scientific fact. The truest statement in the history of Earth. I wonder who will be in it...The rumormill has it that there is a push on to get some of the original VAs, especially Cullen and Welker... Apparently it is fake, but here is the supposed leaked production test... Transform!
RedHawke
Soundwave... Oh my cool Soundwave... "Rumble, Ravage, Lazerbeak... Eject! Eject! Eject!" I love Transformers! The rumormill has it that there is a push on to get some of the original VAs, especially Cullen and Welker... That would definately be sweet! Oh my god!!! that looked unbelievable Original voice actors would be cool. They shouldn't be that old should they? I think the original series was 80's but i could be mistaken. I think the original series was 80's but i could be mistaken.Nope. Both those guys are in high demand and are working very regularly. It is very unfortunate that Chris Latta is no longer around to provide the voice of Starscream. I don't think anyone else could do it justice. Aash Li
Orsen Wells is no longer around to do Unicron either ;_; Galvatron/Megatron by Lenord Nimoy, is still possible. Everytime Wells/Unicron spoke in that movie I got the shivers. hehe. Judd Nelson I think is still around so he could do Rodimus Prime, and Robert Stack, hes no longer here either (I dont think), so hes gone for Ultra Magnus. *looks at her post* ...Im such a nerd for Transformers... Oh and theres a bunch of LA Transformers commercials floating around, theyre all Japanese I believe. My favourite was the copier-former that was getting kicked by the cute girl for not working. lukeiamyourdad
Apparently it is fake, but here is the supposed leaked production test... Transform! Sideswipe! That was so awesome! We'll probably get to see the Autobots and Decepticons from the first season. Bumblebee, Jazz, Blue Streak, Prowl, Thundercracker, Starscream, Ravage, Soundwave, etc. Ah Soundwave, Megatron's personal zealot. My greatest fear towards this project is a possible...errr...how can I say this...hum...2000-ised version of the Transformers. Like Pimp my ride meets Optimus Prime. lukeiamyourdad
Noooooooooooooooooo!!! They might "bling" it up Spike will start modifying Ironhide so he can carry a 40 inch plasma TV in the back and a Playstation. Oh and about the short test movie Prime posted, it probably is fake. It obviously shows Sideswipe in robot mode but in car mode he should actually be a Lamborghini Countach, if they want to stay true to the original cartoon.
