Penguin Special Ability?

I saw that in the texture folder there is a skin for a penguin I have yet to look through the model folder though. Can anyone tell me either

a)His special ability

or

b)What XML file has his stats?

Well, if you look carefully on *some* .DDS files, you'll see that *some* devs or texture artists were playing with them...heh, prove me wrong, but *some* face textures of *some* units are directly from *some* developers' faces

 

This penguin must be another classical work some artists did in their free time

 

PS: *some* more info could be given if asked for (ie. to see those textures im speaking about)

They're amusing, however there are better units for the same amount of credits (the person who unlocked them made them buildable, not put them in the game).
