*** EaW: Total Realism 2.3 - THE COUNTDOWN ***

I have 2.1 and it PWNS!! So seeing those new models, i consider you gods, lol. But if you are putting in SSDs, you need to put in an MC-90 to balance it evenly.

Easy man, we're not gods, we're just trying to make this game worth its 50$/E....

Now, as Admiral Sith said, no MC90, MC95 or MC80 can "counter" an SSD in 1v1 confrontation.

But, this game is real time STRATEGY, which means that if you play right, you win, no matter if the enemy has 10 SSDs strolling around.

And to put it short, that slow-moving monster can be turned into space dust if 5 or so Marauder Cruisers rain it with frigging Boron Missiles from very safe distance.

MC90, MC80 and Escort Carrier with bombers can do the job well too, but it's risky and most lukily vain.

It's like attacking a Space Station at level 5 without Broadside/Marauder Cruisers......suicide.

We do not compete anyone. We have some goals set and we're assuring that these goals appeal to the majority of players.

Besides, IA2 and LoW are adding new factions, which we are not indentind on doing.

Also, check this post (about 7th post from the end) over PFF, concernign the mods that plan to add new factions...

I know that, but im more interested in a game that plays well and looks good than new factions. Keep up the good work.

Any new updates? The end of June is neigh. About how much longer?

All i can say is that we're actually in the progress of balancing and testing (to death...) now, since all the major coding is almost done. We can release 2.3 on 31st June, as firstly announced, but we decided to keep it until we are sure that everything is tailor-made.

And here's the small quiz of the day:

Why EaW:TR 2.3 hardpoint.xml is (alone itself) around 1.5MB ? :D
