Your Revan and Exile

Recommended Posts

This Thread has been inspired by The Architect's Threads, Your Revan and Your Exile in the Obsidian Forum Community. Describe your Revan and Exile in detail, who you think your canon Revan and Exile are. Since I haven't decided a canon Revan, I'll do the Exile. Go into as much detail as possible, since I want to know all about your Revan and Exile, like how you like to play as them, what you want their past to be, etc. Here is my Exile:

Name: Sera Tana

Class: Jedi Consular/Jedi Master

Weapons: Blue Lightsaber

Armour: Jedi Master Robes

Love Interest: Atton Rand

Apprentices: Atton, Disciple, Visas, Mira, Bao-Dur

Bio

I like to think my Exile's past as the Exile being trained as a Youngling under Master Vandar, before being trained by an unknown Jedi Master, since Kavar already had an apprentice. She was close to beginning the trials that would make her a Jedi Knight, but the Mandalorian Wars began and she followed Revan (I always stick with male for him) and the two fell in love during the Mandalorian Wars. In the battle on Malachor, Sera returned to Coruscant to be exiled and she lived around the Outer Rim, meeting many different people, before returning to the Republic. Throughout the game, my Exile always helped people and never took advice from Kreia, but she respected her opinion. She is in love with Atton and likes to use T3 when needed.

My following heroes are:

Name: Revan (fake name Zhane Skyblade)

Class: Jedi Guardian

Weapons: Heart of the Guardian/Mantle of the Force Lightsaber

Armour: Jedi Master Robes

Love Interest: Bastila Shan

Apprentices: None.

Appearance: Tanned skin, long brown hair and brown eyes.

Bio

Revan was always a strong-willed one. Having been brought to the Jedi at an early age, like most of them, and he influenced other students, making him some sort of leader. Young Jedi Bastila Shan, while trying to get those feelings away, could not deny the charm and charisma of the young Revan. When the Mandalorian Wars began and the Jedi Council did nothing, Revan and more Jedi went to battle the Mandalorians. Then, years later, Revan defeated the Dark-Sided Malak, now a true servant of the Light. One year later, he disappeared onto the Unknown Regions, leaving no tracks at all...During the game, Revan proved to be a real servant of the light, never showing hints of falling to the Dark Side.

Name: Kira Bellatrix

Class: Jedi Sentinel/Jedi Watchwoman

Weapons: Green Lightsaber

Armour: Jedi Master Robes

Love Interest: Atton Rand

Apprentices: Atton, Disciple, Visas, Mira, Bao-Dur

Appearance: Blue eyes and blonde hair tied behind head.

Bio

Kira grew up in the Jedi Order as most of the other students, until she befriended Revan. The two became great friends, and perhaps, enamored, and young Bastila Shan sometimes showed some jealousy in it. When the Mandalorian Wars began, she had no trouble in following Revan, her best friend, even with her friend Bastila's warnings. It cost her dearly, as she took away millions of lifes at Malachor and was exiled, 10 years later returning. During the course of the game, my Exile used to help people, and while didn't always agree with Kreia, respected and would see onto her opinion.

Revan showed the Jedi counsel exactly how one of the most feared Sith Lords in the galaxy could become the saviour of the Galaxy and be a true servant of the light. Helping those who needed help. Well, I never used to play as a woman, but in TSL, I prefer to be a female Exile, but I can't stand a female Revan. I've been Revan and the Exile both male and female and I like how the canon has been decided as:

Revan - Male

Exile - Female

Like the profiles people. Keep them coming.

BIO

Revan never knew her parents and joined the Order at a very young age. The masters discovered her to be truly gifted at this young age. She advanced at a rapid rate and sought knowledge wherever and whenever it became available. In combat she bested padawans twice her age. While her abilities and eagerness impressed the Masters it also was a reason for concern for Masters Vandar, Zhar and Vrook. Soon another Jedi Master noticed the young padawans progress and instructed her in the art of manipulation to achieve ones goals. She learned everything possible from the Jedi Masters before expanding her knowledge before studying the darker aspects of the force. Her pride and supreme confidence in her own abilities made her believe she could resists the temptation of the darkside of the force. During this time Malak also to show special interest in her. At first she believed it was because she was now coming into womanhood, but soon learned it was his own lust for greater power. This was also about the time she first noticed Iele Graff. Iele was not as strong with the force as Revan, or for that matter Malak, but what she lacked in force ability she more than made up for with pure will. Their lightsaber training sessions became legendary. Although Revan never lost to Iele, Iele never gave up and gave Revan the greatest competition she would receive from any of the other padawans.

When the Republic came to the Jedi asking for help against the Mandalorian threat Revan jumped at the opportunity see this as a way to further her education. Malak quickly joined her and together they were able to convince many other Jedi to follow including Iele Graff. The carriage of war and her study of ancient Sith teaching slowly corrupted Revan towards the darkside. Her original desire to protect the Republic soon gave way to her own lust for power. She soon saw enemies in her closest allies and began searching for ways to covert them to her true cause. After attempts to manipulate Iele towards the darkside of the force failed, Revan decided that Iele would never betray the Republic and must be eliminated.

After the Mandalorian Wars Revan was crowned the hero of the Republic, but instead of returning, she headed in search of a greater power that she had discovered with some ancient writings. Her army was now loyal to her and her alone. Having destroyed most of the disloyal ones at Malachor V. With the Republic weakened from War she would soon return with this great power and take her place as ruler of the galaxy.

While searching for the location of the Star Forge, Revan discovered something else, something that could destroy the very galaxy she sought to rule. Malak thought this new threat was nothing more than a legend and nothing to worry about, but Revan could sense it. It was coming and was an evil beyond her comprehension. After that she knew she must use the power of the Star Forge to destroy the new threat that threatens her power. She would take over the galaxy; make it strong enough to face this new threat.

After finding and activating the Star Forge Revan set about her plan to conquer the galaxy. Everything went as planed until a young padawan named Bastila Shan used battle meditation to board her ship giving Malak a chance to betray his master.

Her memory stolen and manipulated by the Jedi Council Revan became Aloria and help the Jedi destroy the Sith threat and the Star Forge. Even after discovering her true identity she did not waver from the lightside of the force. Although tempted by Bastila offer on the Temple Summit, Aloria could not betray her friends and allies as she did during the Mandalorian War. After persuading Bastila to return to the lightside of the force, Aloria unable to return Malak to the lightside, killed Malak and escaped the Star Forge before it was destroyed by the Republic.

Only after the Star Forge was destroyed did Aloria once again remember it true importance. She had allowed the one thing that could save the Republic from the true Sith threat. As more and more of her true memories return the guilt of her actions as Darth Revan overwhelmed her. She came to the conclusion that she must go to the Unknown Region and end this threat before it can establish a foothold on this galaxy. She also knew she could not allow her friends to join her. She could not allow her emotional involvement with them to cloud her judgment as it did on the Temple Summit. Even though she felt the Sith Lord threat coming, she foresaw the return of Iele Graff to deal with that threat. She gave all her allies jobs to do and warned the Jedi Council of both coming threats, but only Juhani, Jolee and Vandar believed her. After doing everything possible she set out aboard the Ebon Hawk for the Unknown Region with HK-47, T3 and a stowaway Canderous.

BIO:

Was orphaned as a child and came to the Jedi order a very young age. Has no memory of her life outside of the Jedi order. Her head strong attitude often put her at odds with the Jedi Masters. Never as strong with the Force as the star padawans of the order, Revan and Malak, Iele more than made up for this with determination alone. A trait that caught Revan’s attention and she would use against the Exile later during the Mandalorian Wars.

Iele formed a mentoring friendship with Master Kavar and even accompanied him on a mission to Talravin to bring a 5 year old Bastila Shan to the order. The Mandalorian War hit Iele especially hard, constant news of every planet conquered by the Mandalorians during the early stages of the war, only made Iele wonder if each destroyed planet was her own unknown home world. After Revan and Malak joined the Republic, Iele joined without hesitation going against Atris who spent many hours trying to convince Iele to see the errors of her ways.

Iele fought bravely during the Mandalorian Wars becoming one of Raven’s most trusted commanders. Her bravery, compassion and determination inspired loyalty in all those that served under her. This began to worry Revan, who devised a plan to eliminate this threat and end the war in one act. Over Malachor V Revan used Iele determination against her, knowing that she would not allow the Republic to lose the battle, Revan’s fleet had been purposely delayed. As the battle turned against the outnumbered Republic Fleet, Iele watched in horror as her fleet was slowly destroyed by the Mandalorians. Iele felt the changes in Revan and Malak as the war continued, she wait as long as possible for news of Revan’s fleet, but as her own flagship was bombarded, she looked to Bao-Dur and nodded.

While that decision may have saved the Republic from Mandalorian rule, it cost Iele everything she every cared about including her connection to the force. She returned to face the punishment of the Jedi council, but when they refuse to listen to her defend herself, she accepted their punishment. She was relieved to not be responsible for anyone else’s life, besides her own.

During the game Iele went completely lightside, she helped everyone she could and refused rewards. She forgave others for their prior action even when she has never forgiven herself. She never completely trusted Kreia after learning she trained Raven. After defeating the Sith threat Iele followed Raven into the Unknown Region, even though she does not trust Revan and knew it was a one way mission.

Name: Revan (Fake name: Cody DeVore)

Class: Jedi Guardian

Weapons: Double-Bladed Red

Armour: Darth Revan's Robes

Love Interest: Bastila Shan

Apprentices: Bastila Shan, Darth Malak

Appearance: Long haired male.......

Bio: Revan was brought before the Jedi at a young age... like most padawan's are, but his desire for knowledge made him study all aspects of the Force, the Dark Side included. On his time on Dantooine he had already claimed the title of the Dark Lord of the Sith, but the foolish Jedi failed to see that Revan had turned to the Dark Side.. so when he went to the planets looking for the maps then Malak became his apprentice.

During the Mandalore Wars... he used the War to his advantage, searching for Star Maps so he could find the Star Forge. Then five years after the Mandalore wars.... Malak fired upon Revan's ship.... he had usurped the Mantle of Dark Lord. Revan was not dead as Malak was lead to believe.... Revan's love, Bastila had taken the Sith Lord to the Jedi where they wiped his mind.... programming one that was loyal to the Republic. The Jedi Council then re-trained Revan after the Endar Spire was destroyed and Bastila had returned to Dantooine. The two were sent on the mission of finding the Star Maps previously discovered by Revan and his apprentice.

Then after Revan and his crew found the third Star Map... they were captured by Admiral Saul Karath... who then contacted the Dark Lord telling him that he had captured both Bastila and Revan. But little did the Sith know that Juhani was using her special Cathar abilities to hide from them. She then went and rescued the entire crew from the Dark Lord. Revan, Bastila, and Carth then went to destroy the Tractor Beam around the Sith Vessel, along the way Carth finally got his revenge on Saul learning that the Jedi traveling with him was really Darth Revan. When Bastila and Carth and their Jedi compainion were close to leaving the Sith Vessel Revan was attacked by Darth Malak. He almost killed Revan, but Bastila got in the way and instead Malak captured Bastila while Revan and Carth escaped.

Then when the crew had found the last Star Map they went to the coordinates on the Star Maps but were forced to crash land on an unknown world. There Revan, Juhani, and Jolee Bindo were confronted by Bastila.... Revan chose the Dark Side.... he also convinced Juhani to Join him and Bastila... convincing her that Jolee had sold Cathar Slaves she killed him in anger. The three then went down to the Ebon Hawk and were confronted by the Crew. Carth, Mission, and Zalbaar refused to serve the Sith Lord, but Carth escaped allowing the Dark Lord to kill Mission and Zalbaar. The remaining crew members went up to the Star Forge and killed Malak. Revan was reborn as the Sith Lord he once was.

K2:

Name: The Exile (aka Barl Miston)

Class: Soilder/Jedi Guardain

Weapons: Double-Bladed Lightsaber (Red)

Armour: Jedi Master Robes

Love Interest: Kreia

Apprentices: Visas, Handmaiden, Atton Rand

Alignment: Dark Side

Barl Miston was an above-average Jedi, who was looked upon as a natural leader...though it wasn't because he was a natural leader. Rather, he has a hidden talent for Force Bonds, a talent that not even Barl knew. It allowed him to manlipuate others, to get them to do his bidding. Barl always used it for the Light Side.

When the call for war was echoed by Malak and Revan, Barl helped in recuritment and fought against the Mandalorians. He was glad of fighting evil and saving people, but wondered why the Jedi Order refused to help out Malak and Revan's crusade...

Then the Battle of Malachor V happened. Barl suffered the pains and miseries when all the Jedi and soilders of the Republic were killed off...and the pain caused Barl to be defeaned to the Force, though he did not know it. While all of the suriving Jedi joined up with the new Sith Order...Barl could not want to betray the Jedi Order, no matter what they done. Plus, he had this sudden desire to be alone from everyone, no longer wanting to feel their emotions...and their pains.

He cast himself onto the mercy of the Jedi Order that he betrayed. And he was exiled from the Order, and he wandered around the galaxy, alone. He followed a life of a Jedi Hermit, like Yoda and Jolee...and watched onwards as a DS Revan rampage across the galaxy. He then believed that the Jedi Order hated him because he helped out Revan accomplish his goals and he hated himself for this. Barl became deeply cynical and distrusting of human nature. During his exile, he came across a friendly droid named T3-M4, who helped him through his periods of thoughts.

Barl then received a message from the Republic, calling him to go to Telos to gain a secret mission. Barl decided that he wanted redempetion for his "crimes" of fighting in the Mandalorain Wars, and took up this mission.

What Barl didn't know was it was a trap laid by Atris, one of the Jedi Council members who exiled Barl. Atris wanted to lure out one of the Dark Lords of the Sith, using Barl as bait, so that she can idenify and kill that Dark Lord off. She managed to coax Darth Sion out, who, along with the rest of his Sith Assisans, killed off the entire crew, and would have killed off Barl...had it not been for Kreia, an old and fallen Jedi who saw in Barl a lost soul who needed to be saved.

Kreia brought Barl onto her flagship, the Ebon Hawk. T3-M4 took Barl to Peragus II, where Barl was subject to a plot to kidnap him and sell him off to the Exchange, but was stopped by a group of rampaging droids. Barl dispatched the droids off and met Kreia for real, as well as a likable rogue known as Atton Rand. Together, they got off Peragus II...Taking the advice of Kreia, and attempting to kill off Darth Sion, Barl Miston blew up Peragus.

In a private conservation with Kreia, it was revealed what Barl always assumed all along...that the Jedi Order has cut him off from the Force. Barl was also shocked that he was considered the "Last of the Jedi" and that the Sith, a force that Barl hates, want to capture him. Barl secretly made a deal with Kreia, to learn from her the teachings and strive to be reconnected to the Force. During these sessions, when Barl slowly relearnt the Force, and gained some new powers as well, Barl begin to learn Kreia's beliefs, and was persuaded by them.

On Telos, Barl was condemend by everyone for this act of destroying Peragus, of dooming the Republic, of destroying it. Barl claimed that it was the Sith, and never him that done such a terrible crime...but Barl was never a good liar. Barl wanted to be redeemed, and worked with the Ithorians on Telos, to help them fight off Czerka Corporation. However, he quickly realized that he worked with the Ithorians because he wanted to be reconnected to the Force, and that he actually despised the Ithorians for being weak. He also speculate that the project seem wasteful, that, in the long run, it doesn't matter how many "dead planets" the Republic save...but how many "live planets" does the Republic actually help.

When he went to Atris, to recover the Ebon Hawk, when he finally saw Atris again...Atris was spiteful for Barl, and called him evil and not deserving of his lightsaber. He belittled Barl, and called him unworthy of redepemtion for his crimes. Barl's dreams of rejoining the Jedi Order was slashed forever, and on that day, he swore to kill off the Jedi and Sith, for revenge. He then calls upon the Dark Side, and uses his negative energies to fuel his goals.

Learning where all the Jedi Masters are located, he begin a targeting campagin to murder them all. During his journey, he aqurried many companions, including a Mandalorian (Mandalore), a Wookie (Hanharr), an Echani (Handmadien), an Miraluka (Visas), and 2 droids, Hk-47 and G0-T0. More importantly, he begin a process of teaching the Handmaiden and Atton the ways of the Force, allowing for them to become useful Force Users serving under Barl. Barl seems to like teaching Force Users, as it gives him a sense of purpose and meaning to his life. Sometimes, he would mediate on what if he became the leader of the Sith, with new Sith trainees idolizing and loving Barl. In such medidations, he decided that such a life would be a life worth living, to serve himself, not to serve others like the Republic or the Jedi who would just criticize him for what he did not mean to do.

It is this that caused Barl to work with General Valku on Onderon, causing Onderon to leave the Republic. This action would cause other worlds on the Outer Rim to leave the Republic, weakening it forever and causing it to die a long and slow death...as it would later pave the way for the formation of the CIS. Barl worked with General Valku on one condition, not for money, or fame...but for all the Force Users on Onderon, to become his followers for the creation of a future order of Force Users...of a future Sith Order.

The Handmadien and Visas had feelings for Barl, and one may say, loved him. Barl did not. Barl cared for them too, and showed feelings for them too...more feelings than the Jedi Council ever gave to him. But Barl never loved them. Barl could never love, not after Malachor V, not after Atris. And when he got HK-47 to reveal that Revan plotted to kill off Barl Miston, by placing him at Malachor V so that he could fall to the Dark Side or be killed off because of his Force Bonds, Barl felt betrayed. In this, he saw Kreia as a mentor, a person who could understand what he suffers, and who could make sense of this dark world. Barl trusted and admired Kreia for her great efforts.

Barl killed off all the Jedi Masters, and then was tipped off by Kreia to head off to the Jedi Enclave, where the remaining Jedi would come, ready to be slaughtered off. It would be ironic that of all people, it would have been Kreia that would redeem Barl. When Barl entered into the Enclave, he saw nobody. Kreia then lectured to him the truth about his actions, revealed the pain he has caused, and of how he cursed all living beings. Kreia shown him why his actions were wrong, as it would cause the destruction of all life in the universe. Kreia also explained that Barl had the use of Force Bonds, and how he could manlipuate others to do his biddings.

Barl then realized what he has done, and the harm he has caused. He then flew to Telos, to defend it against Darth Nihlius. Being a wound in the Force, Barl was able to surivie Nihlius and later kill him. He then travelled to Malachor V, the secret base of the Sith, and killed off Darth Sion and Darth Traya. Traya is glad that Barl has completed her lessons, and now has grown strong indeed...

Barl then had three choices: Return to exile, Follow Revan, or Create a new Order of Force Users. Barl decided on the last option, forming a new Sith Order using the recurits from Onderon, because he now saw the galaxy as something to be protected, from the True Sith. He, however, hated Revan for what he has done. At least Kreia manlipuate Barl because it was in Barl's best interest...but Revan wanted to use Barl and then kill him off when he was no more. Barl knew the reasons why Revan fell to the Dark Side, and would follow Revan's orders, as conveyed by T3-M4. Barl can understand...But Barl can never forgive. Just like he never forgiven the Jedi Order for what they have done.
