The Mandalorians began a crusade of conquest against the

galaxy beginning with the worlds on the galaxy’s outer rim.

 

For 32 years the armies of the warrior race invaded many

planets and moons destroying any one who dared to stand

against them before their sights finally turned to the

Republic.

 

The Army of the unified worlds pleaded with the Jedi

council for help but they refused to fight, however to young

Jedi known as Malak and Revan chose to go against their

masters wishes and went to the republics aid taking all

those who would follow with them…

The Story

The RP takes place during the early stages of the Jedi involvement of the Mandalorian War. You are a Jedi who chose to defy the councils orders and followed Reven and Malak into battle against the rampaging Mandalorian forces. As part of Reven’s plan your character is one who has been put in charge of a force to take back the world of Corellia, The furthest the mandalorians have gotten into the galaxy.

Bio: Like most Jedi Castov was taken in to be trained as a Jedi in his infancy and no longer remember who is family were. He spent his early years training on at the Coruscant temple, here he earned a reputation for being reckless and a risk taker. He spent a lot of time in front of the masters explaining why a fighter got started or how the ancient artefact got broken. Fortunately for him other than these slight misdemeanours he was a good student with the force. The young man was also found to have a certain aptitude with mechanics and electronic, so he was allowed to work in the temples hanger and garage.

 

When Castov was assigned to a master he got transferred to the enclave on Dantooine where he became friends with the other Padawans, Notably Bastillia, Reven and Malak. He passed all his trials the first time and was knighted as a full Jedi of the order. Castov followed his friends Reven and Malak into the war against defying the wishes of his masters.

 

CJ is fun loving and a joker but he has a need to always do the right thing, Although skilled with the lightsabre he prefers to take a stealthy approach to combat.

Bio: Given to the Order at age two, Lake has fully embraced the ways of the Jedi Order. She gets along well with others, but is normally very serious and finds little time to socialise due to her Master’s very strict training regime. Physically strong, and masterful with both double-bladed and single hilt weapons, as well as hand-to-hand, she feels she is more than ready to take the trials, but her Master has refused her thus far. This has caused her a great deal of frustration with both him and the Council, so when Revan and Malak decided to go against the Jedi Council to help the Republic, she wanted to follow them into battle, more to prove her skills than anything else. But when the Mandalorians invaded her home world of Corellia, she joined the rogue Jedis without hesitation.

Appearance: Gray eyes and hair, with a strong face and an equally sharp build that was predesigned rather than genetically random. He stands at seven feet and wears the normal knights robes, although he prefers to change to his personal combat suit when there is the inevitability of battle.

Lightsaber: Silver Twin-Staff

Weapons/Equipment: A Hackpad, Repair Kit, and a comlink.

Bio: Truth is a human machine, to put it at best. Bred as an illegal experiment in a mega-corporation laboratory, he was designed for the purpose of assassination. Each of his cells contains a cluster of nanoids which, along with all the other nanoid cells, make him in control of every working aspect (Not shape, but things like blood-flow and such) of his body and give him other abilities such as an ocular HUD, increased intelligence, and increased reflexes. Not that he's perfect, as a shock from a stun baton could send him into a coma since it scrambles his nanoids, and his affinity to the force is not as strong as others.

 

As stated earlier, he was originally designed for the purpose of assassination, though this was cut short when the Jedi discovered and put a halt to the operation. Not before the corporation tried to cover its tracks however, by attempting to exterminate all their works to prevent from being discovered. Truth was the only survivor, thanks to the care of one of the scientists who simply couldn't do it and turned him over to the Jedi for their case against the corporation.

 

He was of 4 years of age when all this happened, and he was taken in by the Jedi for his affinity to the force. In the early years of his life, the personality that his makers wanted him to have showed at first: He was intelligent, merciless, ruthless, and practically felt no emotion what-so-ever. He is still like that in battle, but now his non-battle mood is a bit more people-friendly. Or at least so you can have a good conversation with him without the feeling of uneasiness in terms of conversation. His abnormal human height is still something that makes most people uneasy about him.

 

The reason he's called Truth is that a) you generally don't call people by numbers and b) he has never told a lie, and will likely never tell one either. He never tries to cushion things, or make things seem better than they are. All you get is the plain truth from him.

 

He joined Revan and Malak in the simple calculation that the Republic would not survive without the support of the Jedi. Then he calculated that the Jedi would fall afterwards.

Species: Kiffar

Class: Jedi Sentinel

Appearance: Short, red hair, blue eyes, toned physique, Kiffar facial markings. Wears a black flightsuit underneath his standard Jedi robes. zomg pictar

Weapons/Equipment: Echani wrist shields, comlink, hydrospanner, standard utility belt

Bio: Lux is a newly minted Jedi Knight, having recently passed his Trials with excellent marks. He is the consummate Jedi: calm, patient and understanding in demeanor, proficient in both lightsaber and ranged combat and in tune with the living Force. Being a Kiffar, he is gifted with psychometry, an ability that allows him to pick up past impressions and traces of information from inanimate objects. This also makes him an excellent tracker, as he is able to use his gift to follow trails of those who do not wish to be found.

 

He is quiet, but sociable and well-liked by his peers. He is humble, almost to a fault, except when it comes to flying. Lux is an excellent pilot and flying is the one thing he allows his pride to indulge in.

 

He is a strong proponent of the living Force, concerned with 'living in the moment' and relying on his instincts and sensitivity to living things. When Revan and Malak leave to combat the Mandalorian threat, Lux joins them, as he is attuned to the suffering and pain inflicted upon planets the galaxy over by the Mandalorians. He does not usually go against the will of the Council, but the Mandalorian Wars and the carnage they caused were more than enough to spur him into action.

Ok So you guys know we'll be starting the story in the midst of the initial spacebattle when the republic ships first enter the Corellian system. I'll let you guys decide if you're going to be in the fray flying a fighter or commanding a battle ship. Obviously for the RP to word the republic wins this battle so they can begin landing troops. That's all i planned so far as i want to get to know yourcharacters before i get to land battle.

Bio: A product of Arkanian genetic engineering, Pallas was left on the steps of the Jedi Temple as an infant. As an Arkanian, she was destined to be an outcast, as her modified physiology lent her an extra finger on each hand and human-like eyes, traits which separated her from the rest of the Arkanian race. She was originally meant to be discarded as a failure, but a sympathetic Arkanian scientist brought her to the Jedi Temple when he realized her Force potential.

 

Growing up at the Temple, Pallas always excelled in her studies, thanks to her deep connection to the Force. She rose quickly through the ranks, being chosen by a master at age 10 and receiving her Knighthood at age 20 following several distinguished campaigns. Following her elderly master's death, Pallas has taken a position as an instructor at the Temple, teaching Younglings and Padawans about the Force. As a Consular, she has always taken the 'Talk first, lightsaber later' approach to things, preferring to mediate rather than fight.

 

With the recent conflicts with the Mandalorians, Pallas finds herself disagreeing with the Jedi Council's policy of non-involvement and decides to go along with the band of maverick Jedi following Revan and Malak into battle.

Well the generals in the Mandalorian war are like those in the Clone war as they were the generals so that will make our characters the leaders. However we'll have a single Admiral who is incharge of he forces.

 

And will our characters be meeting in terms of in-between battles, or will the be working together on the same battlefields?

 

This is along the 'i haven't planned it yet' lines... We are all involved in the initial space battle in some aspect that you can decide yourselves. but as for the land battles i suspect we'll be working together in one way or another (i.e. we may be in the same battle working on differant objectives.)

Bio: Anya wasn't taken to the Jedi until the age of seven, an aspect that her masters had always frowned upon. They were never quite sure of her, and always watched her closely to be sure that she wasn't slipping, or developing any type of habits or thoughts that might inhibit or endanger herself or her fellow padawans. Whether because of or inspite of this attention it is unknown, but Anya was always the model pupil. She learned and lived by the Jedi Code, speeding quickly through her basic classes until she reached her own age group. Even then, she was always in the top of her class.

 

She thrived in her life as a Jedi. She was always thirsty for knowledge, spending hours in the libraries and archieves, learning entire cirriculums weeks ahead of time, and running through exercises that were advanced for her years. Her teachers often scolded her for such things, but at the same time, she could sense that there was always a secret pride they had for her.

 

By the time she was to have a master of her own, she was far more mature than any of the others her age. She almost never associated with her own age group, but prefered to hang out with the older students she met in the library.

 

Her maturity caused her to soon develope a friend-to-friend relationship with her master, rather than master-to-pupil. While she did continue to train, she was more or less left to herself on a moral basis. Her master believed in her and trusted her, and so allowed her a significant amount of freedom.

 

Many critics believe that it was because of this freedom that she made the decision to leave for the wars when her chance came around. She couldn't stop herself from joining - she had been watching the conflict intently for years, and she knew the thousands that had already died, and the hundreds of thousands more that were suffering due to these wars. When she had heard Malak and Revan speak, the conviction and ther certainty of their words...she knew that this was what she had to do. She knew that it would break her heart and the heart of her master if she left, but she knew - instinctly knew - that this was to be her calling in life.

Bio: Mignola was an unfortant person as at birth, due to a faulty gene in both his perants, Mignola's eye's would cause him great pain if they interacted with light. To combat this problem, Mignola's father attempted to raise him underwater however he met the unfortuant fate of being attacked by sharks. Mignola was only one years of age when he watched his father being brutaly eaten by sharks and would of been next if it wasn't for a quick rescue by the planet Jedi Watchman. This watchman looked after Mignola and built him a special mask which contained certain light filters which allowed him to see.

 

It wasn't long as he discovered the Force Sensitivity inside Mignola, and reguested that the watchman personally trained him as the two had become rather close. The consel reluctantally accepted however the Watchman gave up his poistion to become a Jedi Master. The rest of Mignola's training took place in the Coruscant Temple where he earned the nickname 'Mike'. He learnt how to see without using his mask or eye's however he feels that it drains his power so he perfer to use this mask to powers.

 

His apprenceship ended at the age of 21, and due to his agility and abbility with both a lightsaber and his vibrosword (previousally owned by his father), he was given the offical rank of Jedi Knight Guardian. Mignola served the Jedi order for five years until he learnt of the death of his former master to the Mandalorians and was engraged when he learnt that the council was doing nothing to help. It didn't require much thought on Mignola's behalf on what to do when he was asked to join Revan and Malak in thier crusade.

I can see we're not going along with canon here. xD If I may ask, why did you decide to make the Exile male? And I thought the Mandalorian leader is always called Mandalore?

The mandalor is the leader of all the mandalorians but Maverick id one of his lieutenants incharge of the corellian assult and now the defence. Sorry if i wasn't clear.

 

The Exile Probably won't come up but if for whatever reason he did i just wanted us to be 'reading from the same page' and just picked a random name off the top of my head that made him a he.

This one is likely to come up as he's incharge and my character (maybe some of yours) is friends with Reven. So to keep things simple he will also be male but we'll only bring it up if it is neccessary.

Bio: Tegan Marr was born to a very rich family on Coruscant. Her father was an ambassador; her mother was a senator. By the time Tegan turned six, her parents reluctantly admitted that their lives were too busy to efficiently care for a child. They were set to give her up for adoption when a Jedi Master came to them and informed them that Tegan was highly Force sensitive. So at six years of age, Tegan Marr was taken to the Jedi Temple of Coruscant.

 

Four years later, this ten-year-old girl was proving to be quite the handful. When a master would instruct her, she stubbornly refused to obey. Just as the Council had decided Tegan would be sent away, a Master visiting from Dantooine urged them to let her take the girl as a padawan. Reluctantly, the Council agreed and Master Cora Juana went to meet Tegan.

 

The initial meeting was full of hostility from Tegan, who loved the freedom she'd been having since none of the other Masters would forcefully make her do anything. If she merely refused, there was nothing they could do. But Cora was different in more ways than one. First, she was younger, only 31 years old, but a Jedi Master nonetheless. And the most important difference was that she acted more like a mother than an instructor.

 

"You need a mother figure," she told the girl. "And that's what I'm going to be. You will do as I say. If you do not, there will be consequences."

 

To a girl whose parents ignored her and whose Jedi instructors could not control her, this new master was quite unnerving at first. But a bond grew between them and soon, Tegan was intensely focused on her Jedi training. Anything her 'Jedi Mother' wanted her to do, she practiced endlessly until she reached the goal.

 

Tegan Marr was knighted at the age of seventeen, a fact which came as a great surprise to the Jedi Council. They were concerned the girl's knighting may have come too early, but when they called a meeting with the new Guardian, they realized that she had changed. The young woman standing before them was not the same rebellious little girl they could not manage. She was a Jedi Knight, proper as could be.

 

When Revan impatiently chose to support the Republic against the Mandalorians, Tegan watched as more Jedi abandoned the Council to follow him. Shortly after Revan's departure, Tegan was reunited with her Jedi Mother for a diplomatic mission to the Outer Rim. While on this mission, Cora was killed and Tegan barely escaped with her life. This experience changed the young, obedient Knight into something else; she was much more solemn when she faced the Council for the last time.

 

"Your hesitation is sorely costing you," she told them, much to their speechless surprise. "My former master, my dearest friend is dead, Revan has gathered quite the following to him, and thanks to his aid, the Republic may actually win this war. But he will not return to you when the war is won. He is a hero now, and that will go to his head."

 

"Knight Marr, you are out of line!" one of the Council protested.

 

"Perhaps," Tegan conceded. "But I would rather be out of line than afraid to act. And know this; unlike Revan, my loyalty is to the Jedi."

 

"Then you will stand down," another Council member ordered.

 

"No, I will not," Tegan objected. "Because if I stand down, it means the end of the Jedi. Forever. And I will not have that."

 

The Council banished Tegan Marr from the Jedi Order, commanding her to turn in her lightsaber. But she refused, departing from the Council before they could take anything from her. It has been six weeks since Tegan's exile and she has joined Revan's followers, though she continues to remind herself that once the war is over, she will leave him. And if the Jedi refuse her, she has decided she will become a Republic ambassador, serving in the function of a Jedi, with all the powers of the Jedi, though the Jedi would not have her.

Hopefully the Space battle will go on for a couple of pages but as it’s best to be prepared for when it’s over and we’ll have to move on to the land battle. So with this in mind and as I now have a basic idea ho most of your characters like to operate I’ve created three objectives for it. I’m only going t give a basic outline of the objectives and what they entail so everyone can make a decision on which one they would like to do as the story behind the missions will be revealed when weget to the breifing. You can pick any one of the three objectives that will all be played at the same time. I would ask hat we get atleast two people per objective but it isn’t necessary.

 

Objective 1- Power plant.

The Jedi and two units of commandoes have to travel across the Mandalorian infested Coronet to break into the main power station. They must disable the power transfer to the main Mandalorian base. This should involve both stealth and a lot of Lightsaber action.

 

Objective 2- Backup power generator.

The Jedi must hijack a Mandalorian re-supplying vehical to infiltrate the main Mandalorian base and destroy the backup power generator. This one is mostly stealth with some lightsaber action.

 

Objective 3- Razor cannon.

The Jedi are put in command of every ground unit in order to capture a prototype surface to orbit weapon on the Mandalorian secondary base. This is a full out ground battle with troops and tanks, you can either fight on the front line or command forces from afar.

Weapons/Equipment: Kastul uses a single emerald-bladed saber that attaches to the top of his staff for both storage and special combat purposes. He also carries a longblaster capable of taking a Flash/Sound Suppressor

 

Bio: Kastul was born on Yag'dhul, the son of a prominent member of the Body Calculus. On his third birthday, a passing Jedi noticed Kastul's force aura while passing through Yag'dhul and took him to the temple on Coruscant for training. After struggling to wield the Force for several yearsdue to it's intangible nature, he finally understood it and was taken as a Padawan at twelve, narrowly avoiding being sent to AgriCorps. Despite understanding, he often had difficulty wielding and had a tendency to overthink situations, proving to be a skilled but often overly cautious Padawan.

 

At Twenty-four, he passed the trials after twelve days assembling his lightsaber in the Ilum Caves, and became a fully fledged Jedi Knight, taking up a role as Watchman over Yag'dhul. For twelve years he lay there, honing his skills but aside from that, remaining a totally unremarkable Knight until the beginning of the Mandalorian Wars.

 

All of his calculations showed that the Mandalorians would crush the Republic without Jedi support, and for several days he implored the Council to send Knights to assist the Republic. After addressing the council again, he heard Revan's call for Jedi. Probabilities showed that the Republic Navy would be too crippled before the Council made their move for the damage to be reparable, thus, he joined Revan's forces.
