Kroms Posted June 27, 2007 Posted June 27, 2007 http://themoviecenter.wordpress.com/2006/07/07/dia-de-los-muertos/ YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS
Kroms Posted June 27, 2007 Author Posted June 27, 2007 Aw garsh. I went overboard with my excitement. :/
Gabez Posted June 27, 2007 Posted June 27, 2007 Sounds like someone drank a little too much Coca-Cola. :~
jp-30 Posted June 27, 2007 Posted June 27, 2007 Thats just a rumor. Also, that page's date is about a week shy of a year ago.
Thrik Posted June 27, 2007 Posted June 27, 2007 Yeah, sorry but that was debunked as a hoax long ago.
Settis Posted June 28, 2007 Posted June 28, 2007 But, why are you so excited? Haven't you seen yet the Grim Fandango movie? Yes. I said "yet". I don't know if someone already noticed that, but one CG movie got some heavy inspiration from Grim Fandango: Monsters Inc. An outer world where a Department-like structure fulfill a "social service". A conspiration inside the Department. A strong rivalry for "the most efficient worker" award between the two best employers of the Department. The searching for a loved-one. A secret-resistance movement inside the Department itself. Mmmmm, just a coincidence? Settis
MJ Posted June 29, 2007 Posted June 29, 2007 Mmmmm, just a coincidence? Yes. Put down the rifle and get out of the clock tower once in a while.
Samnmax221 Posted June 29, 2007 Posted June 29, 2007 Yes. Put down the rifle and get out of the clock tower once in a while. Are we talking to me?
Settis Posted June 30, 2007 Posted June 30, 2007 Hey, I'm just using a walter PPK! I've not even the money to buy a serious rifle! I have to complete the last wave of Star Wars action figures first... I don't think that's just a coincidence. Monsters Inc. appears to be a lot inspired in its structure by Grim Fandango... don't you agree? BTW: forgive my bad english. I'm just a young (and stupid) italian molecular biotecnology researcher...I need to do a PhD in the States in order to master better english :-)
