Trench
Welcome to my art thread. Here I would like for you to post any and all spaced themed art that you have made. This thread can also be used to discuss things about the art posted here. When I say spaced theme, I mean actual space. Not something out of a sci-fi movie. Here are some examples: Show spoiler (hidden content - requires Javascript to show) An artistic rendering of a black hole devouring a star. Show spoiler (hidden content - requires Javascript to show) An artistic rendering of a nebula. This is the kind of art to post. Please use hidden tags to save space. I might also add that I made these myself.

Trench
I could try that... Meanwhile, I've got another one: Show spoiler (hidden content - requires Javascript to show) I feel like I cheated on this one. I used a picture of earth and added my lighting effects and the starfield to it.
BryanWee20
Hey dude nice pics, you might wanna consider exploring with the options a bit. From what i can see. You're definitely using Gimp 2.0, am I right? You used the following methods.. "Light and shadows" = Nova preset... "Artistic" = cartoon-ify settings... "Static"... Quanon
If you enjoy creating space scénes, you might enjoy this link: CLICKY Its more geared towards realistic scenes though, but it should be easy to take more artistic approach. Complements on finding those filters, on certain images its a bit to obvious. But thats just minor critics Another linky about making planets: CLICKY2 Awaiting new stuff Found an old image I made myself: Show spoiler (hidden content - requires Javascript to show)
