Chevron 7 locke
"This should do. Never underestimate a ship, either." Alriana nodded as she stepped aboard and began the process of powering up the engines of the transport. "You can either choose the path of a jedi...or that of a Grey Jedi. I'm sure you are already familiar with what the Jedi stand for...so tell me what you know of the Grey Jedi." Alriana hit a switch and the transport slowly turned around and headed out of the bay doors of the station. Alriana inserted a series of coordinates and then pulled back on the switch that sent turned the stars to lines as the ship entered hyperspace. "After you are done with that, I want you to meditate...and tell me what happens. Meditation is sometimes used to bring out the full potential of a force user at a small amount at a time...and I sense much potential within you." JediMaster12
"Even if you don't ask, there is still information to give," Jun-la chided gently. "Commander Belina will have to be the main contact with the Avalonian fleet. I will appraise the Council of Governors of the situation and they will mobilize the fleets and mobile armies." Andros who had been quiet while his master spoke, decided it was right to speak, "Master, I managed to pick up the ion trail of the ship that just left the station. Based on the calculations, they are heading to a section of space that is largely unexplored. The reason being is that there are space anomalies that prevent accurate sensor readings. Almost as if they are dead zones." "Perhaps they are intentional," Tonatius said, "Certain technologies or even the Force could cause them if only to confuse and drive away unwanted guests." "Perhaps you are right," Jun-la said, "With Tyrannus, he was known for striking from a distance. Secrecy is more or less his best talent. It may be likely that they are heading in that direction. Though we cannot rule out the possibility that we may be walking into a trap." "The trails regarding the Triumvirate lead in that general direction as well." Andros had reminded his master though he was sure that she didn't need it. She probably was thinking about it and was only choosing how she wanted to present it to his father knowing that his father was rather sore with Tyrannus for the misery caused to his family. "Then we should follow but with a plan," Tonatius interjected. He was feeling ripe for the mood to rescue his cousin, not that he wanted to play hero but because he believed that she could be saved. He had read the stories of the great Jedi who had fallen but had been redeemed. "Do you not agree Master Jedi?" He directed his question to Komad. ********** Tavaryn had begun to feel better the minute he injected the antidote to the poison that Pahro gave him. That was twice but he knew that she wouldn't kill him. Her type of revenge for him extended to suffering and pain. He would fight back if only to save a Jedi from a fate worse than death. It had been a long time but his mother had taught him well. He sat on the bed in a meditative pose. Summoning the Force, he used it to travel far through space into the mind of Alriana. Touching it, he felt her confusion, her anger and her uncertainty. Gently he spoke through the Force, Why do you travel with Pahro, Alriana? Chevron 7 locke
((Either Garja or CQ's character should catch Alriana's ship in a few posts. I want to set up a suprise.)) Why do you travel with Pahro, Alriana? Alriana's head shot up at the words that seemed to echo in her skull. So...the jedi of this time knew some valuable tricks. I travel with her to save her. She is angry like I once was and I nearly destroyed myself many years ago even though I had years of training. If she continues down this path then she will end up dead or worse a servent to the darkside. Alriana narrowed her eyes. Why was she even bothering speaking to this man? You will stay out of my head from now on. She transmitted as she closed the link between them.
CommanderQ
"I'll tell you one strategy that I've never seen fail. You can really intimidate your opponet if you try to ram him and miss by only ten meters." Garrick laughed aloud. "I imagine that it is quite effective, dangerous, but quite effective..." Barek nodded as well, just as they made it into the Promenade,"Well. Admiral Belina, that must be quite a tactic indeed, your helmsmen crew must be very well trained." He then motioned for Admiral Belina to have a seat near one of the tables, and he did the same, sitting across from her. Garrick's comm had chimed, the bridge had a new report. He stepped away for a moment. He checked the report: Commander Garrick: Deck Officer Cul'yon spotted an unidentified ship leave the surface of the planet. No clearance to orbit was found, frontal batteries are awaiting orders whether or not to open fire. Need immediate orders. We're ready to do what is necessary. First Officer Jek Garrick looked at Admiral Belina and Barek, giving his brother a short nod. "I'm sorry, Admiral, but I need to leave for the moment. I'll be back in a moment....I hope my Brother Barek will be able to accomodate you until my return...." Barek nodded, and Garrick could hear a short chuckle come from his brother, and Garrick knew everything would be fine. He began the trek up to the Bridge. Grand Admiral Velerc walked slowly back and forth in the conference room. He had many things to think on. The Republic was stepping up their operations in the Outer Rim, Wrath seemed to have a strange interest in finding Konig, that was understandable, and, now they hadn't recieved any reports from Task Force Beta. Another high-ranking officer entered the room. Rear Admiral Heyek. "Grand Admiral, I bring grave news....Task Force Beta has been discovered, heavy casualties have been taken. We analyze that this Admiral Belina's doing, she's very effecient in her tactics. We could salvage little from the wreckage. Velerc's face visibly twisted with emotion, right before he angrily slammed his fist onto the metal surface of the table. He lifted his hand from a sizeable dent. "This....is....unquestionably the worst tactical situation we've been in since Endor. We must rally and strike Belina now, as she is weak. Get Fleet 7 and 9 into orbit on the space lanes...prepare an assualt. Task Force Beta will be avenged." Velerc shook his head, Konig would have to wait. He needed to clean up a problem with his biggest adversary. Amshrey Prison Cells Konig stared at the cell he sat in, and immediately felt claustrophobic. He knew that he'd been forgotten, the Jedi had left, and now he was just another statistic. Konig hated that, and he wouldn't let that be for long. In fact, the Death Gaurd was going to change that right now. He began coughing uncontrollably, and an Avalonian gaurd came over. The gaurd was cursing in some strange language, and opened the cell door, kneeling by Konig, trying to figure out the problem. Konig, stuck a hand in his pocket, and withdrew a sharp piece of scrounged metal, a small make-shift knife. He grabbed the Avalonian and shoved the knife deep into his chest, killing him instantly. The Death Gaurd dragged the body into the shadows...and just like that, he was lose in the Republic's network.
Tysyacha
Pahro Utonula almost laughed--almost had to laugh--at the naivete of this Jedi. Surely she understood that a woman as far gone as she was too far gone to be redeemable? There was only so far you could travel down the path of the Dark Side before all thoughts of repentance vanished from your mind. Andirrul, the Dark Lady, had not reached that point yet, but Pahro sensed that she was close. Very close. Once she took the final plunge and murdered an innocent, that was the last step. Vader had done it. Palpatine had done it. She herself had done it, long, long ago when a fan of hers had threatened to expose her award-winning holovid journalism as fraudulent. "Very well," said Pahro quietly, her voice full of false humility. She closed her eyes. "When I meditate, I see darkness, and I see...her. The Dark Lady of the Sith. She is beautiful yet deadly, lovely yet relentless, a goddess when there are no more gods, either mythical or real, to be worshipped. She is looking at me--and you--and she says Shakhmat. Checkmate." Smiling, she continued, "Do you know how I got that chronometer? Via my minions, yes, but my minions told me all about her. Andirrul. She had once been a weak and submissive Avalonian noble of some sort, but through her possession by the Dark Lord Virul, she has become a piece of power, not a pawn in someone else's game. I know of her, but I don't know her. Not as I should." This was true--Pahro had always wanted to get to know her better. "I see her, and I see...mold. Glistening gray matter. The inside of a brain." Chevron 7 locke
Alriana's eyes burned with hatred and fire as she felt the chuckle nearly escape her apprentice's lips. "I heard that." she said quietly as she ignited her lightsaber and held it close to one of the viewports. She saw the fear in her apprentice's eyes as she held the blade steady, only a centimeter from the glass. "You will listen to me, and I hope for your sake that you understand what I'm saying. No one is beyond redemption. If you need an example then look at me. I have done horrible things and yet I was forgiven." "I see her, and I see...mold. Glistening gray matter. The inside of a brain." Alriana deactivated her lightsaber and a thoughtful look appeared on her face as she tucked her saber away. "I don't really know what that means. I'm not familiar with most of the new elements in this time and it thus remains a mystery to me." "Apprentice...Let me tell you a tale about a Jedi girl who fell to the darkside in a moment of weakness and nearly killed her master. The girl thought she was beyond redemption and contined to immerse herself in the darkside over and over until she finally looked and saw what she had done. And she wept. She had hurt the one person in the world who had been kind to her." "And so the girl limped back to the jedi, expecting to be killed. But they forgave her, and her master forgave her. I was that girl...and I still regret my actions during that dark time in my life even today." She learned in close to her apprentice's face. "You don't want the darkside. Trust me. It is nothing but darkness and cold...endless, freezing cold. At least it was for me." Station "I imagine that it is quite effective, dangerous, but quite effective..." Belina chuckled again. "I only wish I could have seen into their bridge viewports to see the looks on their faces. It would have been priceless." ,"Well. Admiral Belina, that must be quite a tactic indeed, your helmsmen crew must be very well trained." She nodded as she took another drink of her beverage. "Indeed they are. Ar'ka and Reki are the two best pilots in the fleet. They're also quite good with a blaster." "I'm sorry, Admiral, but I need to leave for the moment. I'll be back in a moment....I hope my Brother Barek will be able to accomodate you until my return...." Belind nodded again. "Take your time Captain." Cyborg Ninja
Velerc did say Konig was still on Amshrey. Wrath certaintly hoped this as his ship entered into Amshrey's atmosphere. He had left Andirrul with Tyrannus hoping what she wanted to accomplish would be completed. This gave Wrath the time he need to leave and go get Konig back. It had taken a few hours but he was finally going to rescue his comrade. He jumped out of the ship near the prison. He had tricked the guards into believing he was just a cargo ship dropping off supplies for the prison. He smiled from underneath his helmet as he slashed the first guard he saw across the chest with his vibrosword. He made his way into the prison and began walking without a care, afterall this would be a cake walk. He began his search through the large prison. Don't worry Konig, I'm on my way Wrath said to Konig through the force.
Tysyacha
Pahro, although frightened by her new "master's" sudden display of righteous anger, was intensely curious. "Tell me, what was this 'moment of weakness' of which you speak? Surely you were not so frustrated with your training that you threatened to strike down your Master on the sparring floor?" She let Alriana get a glimpse of her white teeth and red lips, curled into an amused sneer. "I hardly think you'd fall for such a neophyte Padawan's trick. You are strong--I can sense it--and I can also sense the anger in you. You don't use it, or at least not anymore, but it is there. Can you deny it still?" She turned back to her meditations. "Andirrul's here. She is tormented by the fact that her soul is riven, divided, split between sane and insane, male and female. She made the ultimate sacrifice to destroy him, and yet the ultimate irony is that in doing so, she made herself a part of him, and vice versa." A cold laugh. "What is it with you Jedi and self-sacrifice? Do you not know that a needless one only helps your enemy? That was the lesson the Dark Lady failed to learn. Had she not been so insistent on giving herself up in order that Virul might die, she might still be alive, fully, as Andorra Evenstar." Pahro opened her eyes. "I know her name, and I know the one she hated. The name she cast aside. Evenstar. It was not her real name--her birth name. I know how afraid she was of that mother, that duty, that life. I believe that it was Virul who delivered her from it, and Virul who now reigns."

Surely you were not so frustrated with your training that you threatened to strike down your Master on the sparring floor?" Alriana remained calm even in the face of her apprentice's sneer. "She repeatedly taunted me during training. She said cruel words that were meant to make me angry and they did." "I hardly think you'd fall for such a neophyte Padawan's trick. You are strong--I can sense it--and I can also sense the anger in you. You don't use it, or at least not anymore, but it is there. Can you deny it still?" "I was a padawan at the time of this. And I don't let my anger get the best of me anymore. I use it as a tool for when I need it. And only then as a last resort." "Andirrul's here. She is tormented by the fact that her soul is riven, divided, split between sane and insane, male and female. She made the ultimate sacrifice to destroy him, and yet the ultimate irony is that in doing so, she made herself a part of him, and vice versa." Andirrul. So that is the name of the sith lord that I must hunt down. What is it with you Jedi and self-sacrifice? Do you not know that a needless one only helps your enemy? That was the lesson the Dark Lady failed to learn. Had she not been so insistent on giving herself up in order that Virul might die, she might still be alive, fully, as Andorra Evenstar." Alriana smiled a very feral smile and she saw her apprentice shiver slightly under her gaze. "I sacrificed my good name and the trust of the others simply because I wanted to save you. Think about it. If you become a powerful Darksider, then this "Andirrul" will consider you a threat and try to eliminate you. She would be constantly hunting you, never giving you enough time to master the power." "However...if you become a Jedi then just imagine it. You could wield the power you've always wanted without anyone trying to kill you or steal it from you." "I know her name, and I know the one she hated. The name she cast aside. Evenstar. It was not her real name--her birth name. I know how afraid she was of that mother, that duty, that life. I believe that it was Virul who delivered her from it, and Virul who now reigns." Interesting... "Go and meditate in the back. We will begin hand-to-hand combat training soon."
Alkonium
"I agree. It'd best if we confer with the Commander about this now." Komad replied, leading the group into the Promenade. Kalla looked to Tonatius as he spoke. As divided as her feelings had become, she wanted more than anything to save Andorra from Virul's control, regardless of whether or not they would be together again. Even if she had never been interested in Andorra, she'd still try to save her from that fate worse than death. Arriving in the Promenade, Komad said to Commander Belina, "It's good to see you again Commander. This is my son, Andros. He's made some discoveries that I think you'd be very interested in." He then held his hand out, prompting her to shake it.

JediMaster12
Tavaryn felt her closing her mind and quickly said to her, Not all is lost. Even General Starlighter knew that during the Clone wars. He didn't know why he referred to his mother that way. By the provisions made under Palpatine, Jedi Masters became generals to lead the clone armies so he was correct yet he always knew her to be a Jedi first and one who knew war, pain, suffering, death and anger. Out of his siblings, he was the only one to have a close relationship with her. Even his father didn't know of his existence until he found his brother. Sensing that she wasn't going to listen anymore, he jumped off the biobed and walked to the promenade. His niece would be there and he needed to know what was going to happen. He made a plan figuring that more than one person can be saved from this awful hell of war. He made it just as Andros was going to give his information. ********** "According to my readings," Andros began as he pulled up a navigation chart on the computer, "the trails head in this general direction of space." He touched the holo image of the place to enlarge it. "From there I can't get any more specific except that it is beyond the boundaries of the known space of Avalonians. It is difficult to tell since I have a whole bunch of space anomalies that prevent accurate readings. As far as I can tell we have nothing in our databanks about any systems in that direction. Not even the Avalonians have a record." "It could be that our people did not explore that region of space or they have but have decided to let it be buried," Tonatius said. "We are called Explorers by every world here in the Republic for our histories tell that was our mission. Perhaps there is some reason why this region is not on the system and it could be because of the anomalies." "True," Jun-la added. "Theoretically a ship or even a system could hide there and not be detected. Tyrannus' habit is to do such a thing and strike when one least expects it. I concur that Pahro and the Triumvirate would be there." "Even if you get there, the space anomalies will have to navigated with care," Tavaryn entered quietly. "Those anomalies are full of gravametric shears and spacial distortions. Old timers that travel the lanes claim that ships that have gone in never come out. Some even say they travel to another time or place." "Perhaps that is where our Miako friends come from?" Andros asked. "We could give a call and ask. Shouldn't we...Father?" ********** Tyrannus was pleased that the girl had learned much. She learned more than just fighting with a lightsaber. Teaching sentou was different. If she was to stand a chance, she would have to reach deeper than the Force. He had a feeling she could but she had to do it on her own. He asked, "Well my Pretty, you have mastered combat and even realized that battle is not just physical but encompasses the whole being. Yet you still haven't learned of sentou. Why is that? What do you fear?"
Chevron 7 locke
((Here's where you come in CQ.)) Transport Alriana was piloting the ship through hyperspace when a sudden lurch in the ship's motion slammed her head into a forward control panel. Tractor beam, she thought as her vision began to double from the impact with the panel. Apprentice, we have been captured in the tractor beam of a Star Destroyer. Be ready. She began rapidly shutting down systems as the transport was drawn closer and closer to the hanger bay of the massive ship. "They must have had a gravity mass to bring ships out of hyperspace. But I doubt we were the target, This fleet that I'm seeing is far too large for a simple transport ship."
Alkonium
"You're right, we should." Komad replied, then turning to Belina, he asked, "How many of our Star Destroyers can be spared?" "I thought we wanted to capture Andirrul alive." Kalla pointed out, sounding a bit angry after hearing her father's question. "We do, but she's liable to reestablish contact with the New Empire once we intercept her. A confrontation between both fleets will distract her so we can board the Phantasm, and capture her alive." Komad explained.
Chevron 7 locke
"How many of our Star Destroyers can be spared?" Belina thought for a moment. "Four. And they're brand new ships so we can't be sure they have all the bugs out of them yet. The last one was finished just yesterday. Of course I'll be bringing the Ackbar as the flagship of our little fleet." She turned toward the Mandalorian at the table. "What about you? You have any big ships that can be spared?" Cyborg Ninja
Kurt popped his head up when the topic of Star Destroyers was brought up. Finally the jedi were talking about something Kurt could be interested in. What really got him excited was when they began talking about sending a people onto the Sith's ship. He moved closer to the group to finally speak up. "Master Komad, I'd like to be part of the team that infiltrates the Phantasm. If I can get closer enough to the ship I can drop out via the air lock and launch myself at the Phantasm Once I land i'll be able to make my way inside and alert the crew members. With the combination of the star destroyers and my assault they'll be too busy to notice whatever vessel you take to board."
CommanderQ
"What about you? You have any big ships that can be spared?" Barek laughed, he couldn't help it. Mandalorians were known for having the BEST of everything, especially Warships. "Of course we do...wouldn't be very good Mando'a if we didn't.....I'm surprised the Jetti haven't commandeered our massive fleet. Much of it is still doing a clean up operation at Bastion. Bloody boring if you ask me....." He blinked in his helmet and instantly began to search through the lists of nearby available Capital-Ships. He wanted something big, bigger then a Keldabe. The Keldabe was good, but old, recently Mando'a scientists had created a ship far superior to the Republic and Imperial Capital Ships. The new Mand'alor-class Supreme Capital ship. Big name, but not as big as the ship. Finally, Barek found one nearby, the Keyev, in hyperspace only 3 parsects away. He looked back at Belina. "Well, I can have a ship rerouted to you immediately, if you'd like." Garrick walked into the bridge, First Officer Jek meeting him as he came in. "Sir...reports from the Outer Rim are giving strong hints that the Imperials are mobilizing....the destruction of one of their task forces seem to have angered them greatly...." Garrick nodded, "Well, best to slaughter them now...while they're still weak...but I think the Jedi have the plan. We'll just have to wait and gather our forces as well..." The First Officer went over to a control panel. "Also, Sir, apparently one of the outbound Republic ships have stumbled into what we believe is Grand Admiral Velerc's rallying point...they can't possibly last long if they engage in combat." Garrick shook his head, "There's nothing we can do for them....it's not our battle...yet. We must be ready for what is to come." "Yessir...that is all we had to report." "Very good, Officer Jek. Continue with you're duties." "Yessir." With that, Garrick turned on a heel and began walking back to the Promenade deck. Don't worry Konig, I'm on my way. Konig was surprised to hear the voice in his head, it was that of one of his superiors. It gave him a small measure of comfort that he had not been forgotten. The Death Gaurd rounded another corner, running into another gaurd. He moved fast, slamming his palm into the Avalonian's nose, shoving it into his head, killing him quickly. Konig grabbed the gaurd's weapon and came up with another objective. He was going to find as much information as he could, and then destroy Komad's bunker. Admiral Velerc looked out his Star Destroyer's main viewport, just in time to see a small shape come out of hyperspace. "REPUBLIC SHIP SPOTTED!" Shouted one of the technicians in the left control trench. "It's too small...deploy the gravity wells and pull this ship in. Can't allow them to leave...but bloodshed is unnecessary right now." Velerc watched as the ship was caught, unable to do anything, and slowly brought into the hangar. He looked down at the Comms officer, "Get Garja to lead some men to the Hangar and personally escort these prisoners to the Detention Quadrant for interrogation." "Yessir." The report was quickly sent to Garja.

Tysyacha
"If you wish to know what I fear," replied Andirrul, "know this: I fear the one I supposedly slew. Virul may be a Sith Lord, and a powerful one, but his mind is completely irrational, illogical, and paranoid. When his consciousness speaks to my own, it gives me orders that half the time, make no rational sense. He uses language of the ancient Sith, which I as Andorra do not know, and this only makes him angry with me. He inflicts torments upon me--pain and confusion, grief and sudden rage which I try my very hardest to control. "I also fear that if this sentou of which you speak is in my memory, he has wiped it away." The Dark Lady closed her eyes, meditating. "As the daughter of the Governor of Avalon, I led a sheltered, almost cloistered life. It was not until later, when I fought alongside the Jedi in order to try and defeat Virul, that I learned anything of combat techniques besides how to wield a vibroblade properly." She sneered, her orange eyes glowing hot with hatred. "All that Mother wanted was to keep me safe. As a rule, freedom and safety are opposites. We Sith know this. The Jedi do not, or they either pretend not to know the difference so as to inflict their tyranny on others while having their slaves believe they're free." She smiled. "Teach me." **************** Do you hear me, Mistress? Pahro Utonula sent a message distantly. I have found the Jedi, and one of them actually believes that she can save me. I have become her apprentice, but she herself does not know who is the true Master of her fate! I shall deliver her to you, and you shall break her. Forgive me, but you need real experience in tearing down a Jedi of worth. Be patient. I'l convince her to make us intercept the Phantasm at once... Garja was taking a sip of tea when a report came through to him through the intercom of the ship. Take a group of men and get down to the hanger. We have captured a republic transport Garja motioned to his men to grab their weapons and he pulled out his Vibro-knife and started down toward the hanger. Transport Alriana leaned down next to her apprentice with eyes without a trace of fear. "We have been captured by a Star Destroyer apprentice. I will hold them off while you fly the ship away. I should be able to cause enough internal damage to bring the tractor beams offline. I never got the holocrons back on Jaltra which means that you can still learn from them. Take the ship to Jaltra and begin to teach yourself. May the force be with you." Alriana leaped out through the hatch just as a squad of Stormtroopers led by Garja entered the hanger. Hanger Garja didn't really get a chance to do anything as a woman with a bright green lightsaber lept out of the hatch that led to the ship. Jedi...Should have known. Garja and his men opened fire on the woman who kept on ducking and redirecting the blaster shots back towards them causing Garja and his men to duck in cover. Blast it. Shes good. The woman ran into one of the corridors and began to slash at anything that looked important. Lights began to flicker and emergency lights began to turn on in her wake as Garja and his men followed her.

I'm sure Garja can handle the problem, but this seems to be a bit big....get everyone ready." The Lieutenants saluted and went to their duty. Blast doors were closed and blockades erected on all of the routes. The Spec Ops soldiers moved fast, getting ready to join Garja.
Cyborg Ninja
Wrath continued down the corrider, slicing any guard that dare try to fight him. One guard jumped out and fired at Wrath's chest. The armor was able to hold the first few shots but finally they hit his armor. The guard watched in horror as Wrath healed himself within seconds. "Was that suppose to hurt?" Wrath asked as he pulled the sword out of the guard's chest. He turned his head and watched another guard fall to the floor. He looked up and watched an armorless Konig pick up the man's rifle. Wrath laughed and made his way over to the Death Guard. "Bashing a man's head in for a gun, you truly are a Death Guard."
CommanderQ
Konig looked up at the Sith Lord and chuckled, "That was fast." He looked down at the bodies of the gaurds, kicking one to the side. "We must move now....they haven't set off the alarm...but it won't be long. I've observed these Avalonians. They're weak, but good soldiers nonetheless...." He grabbed a small grenade off one of the gaurds. "I intend to repay them for my capture...in true Death Gaurd style." With that, he activated the grenade and dropped it down to a ventilation shaft. That led to to one of the bunker's main reactors. "The grenade will explode in a few moments..but the reactor won't explode for a few minutes...chain reaction and all that. Time to go." The Death Gaurd began to sprint down the hallway towards the exit.
