Q
Im waiting for 1.8.2, unless your referring to 1.8.1 then yes. But its 1.8.2 and the droid planet add on im waiting for. Shame on you! Yeah, TSL should be played through in its raw state at least once in order to appreciate the huge amount of work that's gone into TSLRCM.
TWINKEYRUNAWAY
Shame on you! lol for not touching it? Well can you blame a guy? After all those comments on how incomplete this game was and how uncommon it was to find kotor 2 for pc(until recently), what could I do? Also college took a huge chunk of my free time, I was waiting for this moment to play it(well the 28th). I guess you can say im a very patient person. redindianman13
Ok, I need some help figuring out a bug. The problem is that when you go to Onderon the 2nd time to help either Talia or Vaklu, Kavar always turns into a wesquay or what ever their called. It only changes his appearance for that part of the game, after you get off the planet and see him on Dantooine he's back to normal. I figured it migh be something in my override so I moved everything out of it a booted up the game and he still changes to the wesquay. Version of TSLRCM: 1.6 Can anyone help me? Or do you need more to go off of?

The latest version supported by the modders is the current one: version 1.8.2 which can be downloaded here. Keep in mind that your saves from v 1.6 will not work with TSLRCM 1.8.2. I personally recommend a fresh install then applying TSLRCM 1.8.2. You might also want to consult the compatibility list for TSLRCM 1.8.2 before adding mods in. Sith Holocron
No, redinidianman13. I wasn't clear enough. (Mea culpa.) 1. Uninstall TSL completely. (Don't keep your saves.) 2. Then do a fresh install of the game - using these instructions. Look to post 2 in that thread, which also references post 1. (Look at post 2 first though.) 3. Only then should you install TSLRCM 1.8.2. 4. Then consult the Compatibility List before installing mods. 5. Not sure if your mod is compatible with TSLRCM 1.8.2 because it's not on the list? Ask here in this thread being installing.

90SK
I remember the hell of getting K2 to work on my vista laptop, or not getting it to work. Seems to run fine on my Windows 7 laptop though. Can't remember if I ran into problems installing it.

Seems to run fine on my Windows 7 laptop though. Can't remember if I ran into problems installing it. Im actually running into some right now myself and it's is aggravating the hell out of me!!! I followed the steps and I get to where it asks to insert disk 2, then I select the SWKotor2 path and then it just tells me "setup could not find file on the specified path or disc" I don't remember KotOR 2 being this hard to install lol

redindianman13
Ok, im not sure if this is a glitch due to TSLRCM 1.8.2? Or something else but Kriea seams to have her elbows clipping through here main clothes. I have never noticed it before so I assume it's new. (Probably caused by me) Also there seems to be a new hyperspace look. Not sure if their was supposed to be with this version but it looks weird. Gvaz
I wish I could register on the deadlystream site but it doesn't seem to work. Ugh Does anyone happen to know the warp code to go back to onderon or set some flags in KSE so I can get the message to go back? I did it as the last planet. All that happens is I get into the ebon hawk, the screen darkens....then lights back up and nothing happens.
Sven_Q45
I don´t get it! On the website it says I MUST have installed the mod 1.8.1. But I can´t find it. Only 1.8.2. Or does 1.8.2 works without 1.8.1. Really confused!
Hassat Hunter
There's a 1.8.1-1.8.2 patch and a full version. So if you have 1.8 or lower, you have to use the full installer.
Sam Spain
Are you not able to install any mod that changes the appearence.2da since it conflicts with this mod then?
Fallen Guardian
Are you not able to install any mod that changes the appearence.2da since it conflicts with this mod then? You just have to install them after you install TSLRCM. If the mod is installed by TSL Patcher, it just involves a few simple clicks. But if it's a mod that is installed manually you'll have to combine the two 2da's that are conflicting (one from TSLRCM and one from the mod your installing) either by hand, or by using the 2DA Converter/Merger Tool. Hassat Hunter
Yup, as stated mods who patch appearance.2da work fine. But if it's replaced (which TSLPatcher also can do, so make sure to check the install log to see if it's not doing that) that *will* give issues. Sven_Q45
No before I didn´t install any mod. It was new for me. Now I´m through! Now it feels compete! And after ca. 100 times playing it it´s great to experience the game almost new! Thank you for this great mod. And this mod works. Two questions: Why are there a few cut scenes that don´t run as video (fmv)? And do you restore the planet M478, too? There is a mod but not compatible. But Obsidian wanted to make this planet in the first place I think then?
Hassat Hunter
1) Not sure what you mean. 2) M4-78EP's already released. http://www.moddb.com/mods/the-sith-lords-restored-content-mod-tslrcm/downloads/m4-78-enhancement-project
Sven_Q45
But I thought the M478 mod isn´t compatible? @1. Well the videos that must be fmv are in the normal game graphics. And on my other PC my game is already using the official patch 2.0. (German). Can I install 1.8.2 or must I re-install the game, too?
Sith Holocron
But I thought the M478 mod isn't compatible ? The original M4-78 mod isn't compatible with TSLRCM 1.8.2. The "M4-78 EP" is...

Looks a lot better, don't you agree? Yes the Visas introduction is good. And the music is better to hear. If you use the warp cheat you can see both cutscenes, too. But the Sion videos are a bit abrupt between that. But I wonder: Even without mod I made EVERYTHING but not all videos are activated in the games menu. Why?
