Perhaps one of them is the director's cut. The larger ones contain a readme file along with the game files. That seems to be the only difference. And the folders contain the same game files as the zips. There's no secret director's cuts that I can discern!
MurraySchull
Finally got my dispatch notice on the "upgrade kit" yesterday, so it looks like those are being sent out now. Would imagine it will be arriving in 1-2 weeks or so.
MurraySchull
Upgrade kit was delivered yesterday. First things' first, the order of the games has been corrected on the new cover! Very happy that they took the opportunity to fix that while they could. The rest of the art is the same as before, just with Return added at the bottom of the games lists. The golden key is smaller than I imagined it's be but it still looks good, well made and sturdy. My copy of ReMI for PS5 arrived with this set too. (I still don't have a PS5 so I'll keep it sealed for now just in-case!)

Lagomorph01
Finally got mine yesterday, and I must say, it's the first Limited Run edition I'm actually excited for! I opened the box and saw the old school manual inside and immediately started reading it and it felt 'right'. I don't really care about the key, the fish and the lure, but those little printed goodies feel like they belong in a classic big-box release. I only wish the LeChuck's crew pamflet was used for some sort of copy protection in the game (for that extra 'old-school' feel). The soundtrack cd is really great! The tracks are nice and long and show a lot of variation. I didn't keep track, but I'd say it's about an hour and twenty minutes long (which, if I remember right, is the maximum length of an audio cd). I love the design of the floppy disk USB as well... I just can't seem to get it open. Is there a trick to it?

Yes: https://twitter.com/SlappyCromwell/status/1132416758982356993 It is, however, so flimsy that I haven’t taken that chance yet.
