Of course, I'm old enough that I was at the "target age" for the show back in the late 80's. My favorite characters were Deep Six, Wild Bill, Barbecue, Flint, Roadblock, Mutt & junkyard, The Xiamat Twins, Zartan & the Dreadnaughts and of course Sgt. Slaughter! Man those were the days!!! But due to good marketing in the early era of t.v. marketing it quickly took off to spin off merchandise from the action figure. I especially liked the t.v. shows. Darth Homer Posted March 1, 2002 Share Posted March 1, 2002 For the record, Storm Shadow was a good guy whose family was killed by someone affiliated w/ Cobra (not sure who). He joined Cobra to find and kill that person, but couldn't. So, he joined Joe to try a different approach. Later, he rejoined Cobra for unkown reasons (possible mind control by Cobra Commander).
