What hallowed standards of beauty are these? Is this seperated at all from sex in your eyes?

 

For a change of pace, I would like to ask everyone What is beauty? What makes one beautiful? And why is this the way it is for you? Respond to those three qs if you will.

Basically there's three qualities of a woman that can appeal to me (in the visual sense, and all IMHO):

 

Beauty - the most important. The is primarily a girl's face and how she carries herself.

 

Cuteness - Girls can be cute, but not be beautiful. They could have a "cute" smile", but not breathtaking. Usually friends that are girls have this impression on me.

 

Hottness - We can't deny it. A girl has to have a reasonably fit body.

 

Only one girl I can think of can meet these three is my girlfriend.

 

*the crowd "awwws"*

 

Of course, every guy thinks this way toward someone, and that's the way it should be.

 

Of course, personality is more important than anything listed here. :)

 

BTW, Natalie Portman is a 4

 

Yeah, but it's gotta be creepy, being a 20 year old girl (correct me if I'm wrong, guys ) and having these goofy-ass 13 year old SW freaks obsessing with making love with her.

beauty in my opinion is somthing that can't be explained its got to be somthing so foriegn and exstrodinary(please forgive my spelling) that you can't even comprehend what your feeling that your so swept away by it that everything else disappears and all that is real is the beauty you see before you everything else fades.(ehh sorry about my grammar)

 

its that way for me because i'm tired of eyeing girls because its supposed to be my responsibility to be like "Hey nice ass" when in reality i could care less about here ass, and all that really matters is how we connect.

 

obviously i havent found that yet.

 

now i'm not gonna tell you that i don't find natalie portmans body attractive but the reallity of the situation is that i've never met her so therefore i can have no opinion of how hot she is.:o

I really like her face .. her not-to-nig-to-handle-sized 'eyes' ;) and ofcourse her smile kills me ...

 

BTW i have found a way to regenerate myself ... otherwise i couldnt even get time to post this :S

I have a similar system

 

1. Beauty: A girl has a natural, beautiful look that makes me think of running in a meadow with her, holding her hand, and kissing her softly. :)

 

2. Sexy/Fine/Hot: A girl that when I look at her, sex is the first thing I think of. This is a girl where I don't really want to talk to her, hear her speak, or even make eye contact if at all possible. These are not the girls you want to marry.

 

Of course, there is variations of these....and there are the girls who don't fall into either category. But, a lot of good-looking girls generally fall into one of these two.

Oh man! You should never mix Star Wars and sex, because nothing good comes out of it! ;) Of course I have to admit that I have "fond" memories of Carrie Fisher... :D But seriously, I think Natalie is natural looking female, not as superficial as so many other actresses in this business and her smile is really genuine; being European constant smiling feels exaggerating(especially if you see someone's gums), so I pretty quickly know when its natural. She feels smart as well, because she seems to generally choose her roles with great care and doesn't impose herself on people with numerous movies, talk shows, interviews and so on, so I wouldn't mind dating her. It's just that it's not going to happen, because A) I live in Finland and B) if I got a chance to meet her somehow, I would probably ask an autograph or put someone to take photo of us together(being SW fan, you know?) and be so nervous that asking her out on a date would be the last thing I would say in that situation. Besides it wouldn't be fair to date her JUST because she happens to be Padme, would it? :rolleyes:
