dark_michaels
Over at "ign.com" they have given this is as an unofficial E3 Lineup RTX Red Rock Indiana Jones and the Emperor's Tomb Gladius Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic Star Wars Bounty Hunter Star Wars: The Clone Wars Star Wars Galaxies Full Throttle
Swoosh
Sounds good to me...although Full Throttle has not been officially announced, so although so many sites agree that it's coming out, I won't fully believe it until I see it. All of those other games are either confirmed or have significant evidence they will be presented...I am personally VERY excited about a new Full Throttle...the original rocked and a new one will be sure to as well. Spaff
Full Throttle wasnt listed on my list of games to be at E3...... Also, if these are the games on display, then Simon J has literally kept to his promise of 50 /50 ..... SW / non SW

dark_michaels
Could this List be also the order LucasArts are announcing the games?
Jake
Maybe it is, but there are only 4 circles left on the site Guess that means FT is bumped to next year
Royal Fool
Or maybe SW:KotOr or SW:Galaxies won't be shown on that E3 page, who knows? BTW, I noticed that if you go to http://www.lucasarts.com/products/knights you don't get the typical "Page not found" with Guybrush. Instead, you get an access restriction...? Pinmac
I agree with Jake, there are only 4 circles left! Maybe FT is not going to be part of E3 but it will be announced a little while after... Who knows? I can't wait to see FT 2 and I hope that they are going to release a patch for the first one because my sound card is not compatible (It's a Turtle Beach). COJ
i agree..and LEC already has a big list of game for E3...i think we should be happy with what were getting now..
vdawning
My thing is not whether FT2 is coming, but if it could live up to the first... Ok, so Schafer's gone. I can live with that if I must. Here's what's on my mind... There's two things that I think the game requires to be better than the first: Roy Conrad, and the Gone Jackals. Now, the Jackals haven't been doin much lately... I'd email Keith but I lost his email. It'd be great to have them do the soundtrack again. Roy is a must, but wasn't he really ill at one point? I've been searching the net, but I couldn't find any updates on him, just that he was really ill. Also, I believe FT2 could be carried out in 3D... IF DONE RIGHT. Cell-shading might even come in handy... if it's in the works, I can't wait to see what they come up with... I just thought I'd voice my concerns, because no one seems to be talking about Roy or the Jackals, and to me, they made Full Throttle what it was... Bone To Pick was an absolutely amazing "soundtrack" and fit the game perfectly... and Roy... well, there's no Ben without Roy... I'm sorry, there just isn't. So that's my ten cents. Remi
I read over at the Kickstand that the Gone Jackals couldn't see themselves working with LEC again, so I'm guessing that's out of the question.
vdawning
oh, and one more thing... if you go to ps2.ign.com... and then go to the lucasarts story, and then click on the link for the gamewatch article... it's not there anymore. fishy? i think we all know lucasarts' legal department by now... Swoosh
The Jackals are definitely a must...have you guys ever thought that this game may be outsourced for development to Tim's company? Who knows...they parted on good terms, so why wouldn't Tim want to pick up an old series that he seemingly left open for a sequel on purpose. Cell-shading is a great idea. That would fit Full Throttle so well and would allow for a lot of other things in the game. Then again...does the ps2 and xbox have cell-shading technology? The cube obviously does. Royal Fool
I agree with you, vdawning. The Gone Jackals are a must, or at least someone prepared to do a good cover for them. As for Roy Conrad, he was last seen (Or heard, more like) in Titan A.E. Here's his IMDB page: http://us.imdb.com/Name?Conrad,+Roy
Royal Fool
Swoosh, all of the consoles can do cel-shades. Cel-shading is just a technique used by the artists.

FeldmanSkitzoid
I don't think it's going to be on any of the consoles (or as I like to call them, "toys"), at least not initially. I'm confident that they'll stay true to the original and other similar games (Monkey Island, Grim Fandango, etc) and produce it for the computer, the one true gaming platform. Just because it's listed in the PS2 section of IGN doesn't mean it's going to BE a PS2 game. By the way, I'm just kidding about calling consoles toys and all that. I just prefer the computer. Little joke.
LGH
Ladies and Gentlemen, We proudly present, exclusive, of course, the 6 best reasons why the IGN list features 8 titles, whereas e3.lucasarts.com only features 7 icons: *drumroll* 1. Full Throttle IS in developement, but LucasArts decided not to show it yet. 2. Full Throttle WAS in developement, but has been canceled 3. Full Throttle NEVER WAS in developement at all. 4. The game will be shown as a surprise during the E3 show... 5. One of the other titles (e.g. SW Galaxies) won't be included on the E3 page, because it already has a quite elaborated page. And now, the most probable (!) reason OF... THEM... ALL: *another drumrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrroll* 6. The webmaster counted wrong and will be fired ;-) cu, LGH

els.DarkLord
Oh well, I think it would be quite possible to have lucasArts show FT2 as an E3 surprise, BUT I don't think it would turn out be very good. Reasons: Monkey Island 4 was bad. OK, it really wasn't THAT bad, but compare it to ANY previous LucasArts adventure classic....... The 3D graphics were ok for Grim Fandango (it fitted its mood alright) but not for a Monkey Island themed game. So I think 3D/gamepad-/keyboard-interface would be simply wrong in conjuction with the great LA adventures, like Full Throttle, Day Of the Tentacle, and so on. Monkey4 sadly was a great disappointment to me, so I'd better not have to high hopes for a might-be-FT2. ^^^^^ this is just MY opinion. I don't like console games, but thats were the money is, so it's ok.
Pinmac
I think that dark_michaels' list is in order of announcement by Lucas Arts, so I think we might be in for a BIG surprize in 2 weeks! I have more and more reasons to believe that Lucas Arts is trying hard to keep FT2 a secret and I'm more than sure that it is a (surprize) E3 title. ...but then again, I could be wrong... digl
RTX Red Rock Indiana Jones and the Emperor's Tomb Gladius Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic *Star Wars Bounty Hunter *Star Wars: The Clone Wars *Star Wars Galaxies **Full Throttle So far the list has been 100% right. I hope they do announce FT2 at E3. It's possible that the game is in earlier development stage than the other ones, and that's why they won't announce it on their E3 page, because they don't plan to have an official FT2 site yet. I hope
