I'd really appreciate it if you guys could give me a few pointers on games he might like. I've never really been a console person, so I wouldn't know the good games from the bad. Any you can recommend (preferably in his age group)...?

acdcfanbill Posted October 2, 2002 Posted October 2, 2002 the reason XBox games look the best on XBox and on PC is because they are made to max out on XBox settings, you just cant make them look anybetter.... Now, i know a Lot of games for PC that would Choke on the XBox, maybe not a lot, but you would defently notice it...

Its happened with every console system if you go back and take a look. They figure out how to more efficiently program for the system. I have a PS2... GTA3 is awesome. HAve to admit I like Harvest Moon. I love that whole quirky series. How is Mark of Kri? Anyone play it yet? I am looking into it... peaks my interest.

Halo ruled and Morrowind and Amped. among other things. But me and my three brothers got a ps2 since it played dvd's and my parent's were going to get one, without my parents help we never would have saved up 500$, if you know what I mean. But now there comming out with 200 and some games so thats cool. After a year or so I softned up. I also liked it less because my brother was always talking about there games (ones that I didn't like) and I kinda tend to like the opposite of him since he's always riding the bandwagon of retardation. And ps owners were always making fun of X-box, which is just a sign of foolishness. well I could probably go on but I gota go. O boba Rhett, don't ya think Jedi Knight II needs a nursry forum.
