anakins story is somewhat explained in EP II. his mother is killed by the tusken raiders (this starts his anger). he loses his arm (makes him part machine). in EP III, im not sure what happens, but i think he is turned by dooku or somethin, or padme dies. im not too sure. but something happens.

i also like jango fett. anyone who can spin two futuristic blasters on their fingers and shoot em with amazing accuracy in a scifi film.

Why don't you kick that onto a poll?

SW films are always one char: Yoda.

JK2 varies, now it's: Darth Vader (Cheshire)

Fav. config:

Gametype: MP-FFA :bdroid1:F:ewok:R:jawaE:emperor:E:yoda:

Map: Nar Shadaa Streets (ffa_ns_streets):greed:

Player model: cheshire_vader/default :vadar:

Mod: Jetpack

You might like to try this:

(Requirements: Trip Mines, Jetpack)

Go to some long ramp in the NS Streets map (the one I prefer is the one with the Large Shield Booster at the top of itself), switch on godmode, place a trip mine before the top edge of the ramp, run down the ramp, turn around so that you face the trip mine and the ramp, activate the jetpack, run the ramp up and BLAAAAST! I hope you liked the flight with JetpackAirlines and we apologize for any inconveniences like falling down or having to listen to the sound of the loud jets ouf you pack.

Yeah I agree. Maul's lightsaber skills were just nasty. Its too bad he died, Lucas had potential in him. Were u guys as outraged as I was when he announced nsync's possible role in EPII?

There was no "role" for 'Nsync. However, 2 (or 3) of their members DO appear as extras in some scene (starwars.com or theforce.net can confirm this) which I can't remember. Cameos are also made by Anthony Daniels (C3PO), Ahmed Best (Jar-Jar), George Lucas' 13 year old son, and a number of others. For full info on who has cameos check out http://www.theforce.net.

Qui-Gon Jinn is my favourite Star Wars character, partly because I really like Liam Neeson's work. He did a great job in Episode 1, he made Qui-Gon have that "Noble and Honourable" feel to him, which was great. Qui-Gon is supposedly one of the best swordsmen in the Jedi Order too, right up there with Yoda and Mace. He fought off Maul singlehandly, when Obi-Wan got kicked off the edge, defended against two blades with just his one. Maul did have some advantages though, but you do realize Maul killed Qui-Gon with a backstab right? He was an assfighter for cripes sake, the same type of person that you hated in JO:D

Anakin's backstory (which was never explained until the prequels) always fascinated me... what could make a good guy go so evil? We'll find out in Episode III!

Bottom line, Anakin/Darth Vader (they are really the same person, after all) is my favorite.

i agree with this fella. hes also my favorite alongside obi.

Correct!!!

Qui-Gon fought better than Maul, if you do not agree, then watch the duel once more. But Maul just had to do the cheapest trick in the book, hiltsmashing, and it was even 0.5 seconds before he was going to be sliced in 2. Also, it was Qui-Gon that did that Anakin was trained, and it was he who killed Palpy and saved the galaxy, so if it had not been for Qui-Gon being that strong in the force, the galaxy would be doomed, simple.

It's hard to make the case that Qui-Gon fought better than Maul. After all, Qui-Gon was the one that ended up on the floor. I like Qui-Gon, don't get me wrong, but he was exhausted. Maul was just too young and had more stamina. As for the cheap trick (hiltsmashing)... he is a Sith, so what did you expect? The object is to win, not to look good. I don't see how Qui-Gon was half a second away from slicing Maul in half, either.

Now, go ahead - flame me. I know you want to. :D
