Yes, my boy will learn that if you are going to watch movies at home, then you'd better do it right! And you're never too old for some toys! Havoc Stryphe
Originally posted by STTCT ya! its not the size that matters........ You're right, but it sure is fun! I too have a 27" television currently, with a 1st generation DVD player without progressive scan or RGB outputs, and a 600w 6 speaker Theatre system taht's only Dolby Pro Logic not Dolby Digital. I was in dire need of an upgrade. And I have been desperately trying to make my wife see the light. After 3 years, it has finally paid off! Eets
I came up with a plan to get a nice entertainment system in my home, and I presented it to my dad. At first, I was thinking just a 30" flat screen TV, but after I gave my plan, he said we should get a big screen! I may get a kickazz system like yours someday, Havoc! Havoc Stryphe
I wish you great success in your Home Entertainment center endeavor, Eets. It is truly an awesome sight to behold within one's own home. If proper care is given to the selection, placement, and location of one's Home Theatre, than it will serve you well as you're refuge and assylum from your woman and children! EDIT: Originally posted by Wraith 5 Congrates man!!!!!! I knew good things happened to good people!!!! Zygomaticus
good for you, Havoc and your son but i personally find it no different watching in a 50" or a 30" It's all the same as long as i can hear what's going on, see what's going on and feel what's going on
Admiral Odin
Your wife probably sees it along like this. You may have won the battle but not the war. Otherwise congrats on the win.
Surfnshannon
hee hee if your wife is as tired as I am .... I think you won the war by default. My boyfriend could probably ask for anything right now and I'd say "yaya sure..."
