i think i have become a warped individual that the powers of Chaos (too much reading WH40K books) have taken over because i:

1)can't stand longer then 2 minutes with out pulling ugly faces and belting some one when i burp.

2) my host parents think i have a army of little goblins under my bed.

3)i am trying to turn to of my dreds into horns.... ^^

what about you guys?

Well for me it depends on what I've been reading although the delusions usually involve being taken to another world against my will, so I recently I really have been living on Pern but I have also visited the only habitable world orbiting alfa centori, Dune and I have a feelling that I'm about to turn into a Swan. :(

The only problem is when these thing start to prevent you from doing your job/going to school/whatever.

well it looks like I'm going to be visiting the hotel with the bouncy floors again then.j/k;)

Well, I have to say, I suffer from much the same thing as SmartDragon, only worse.

In college, when I got bored during assemblys, I would imagine that the Alliance has come to Earth for a final push against the Empire on a scale thrice that of Endor, and I would turn the city of Portsmouth into a fully operational Rebel base.

Also am forever day dreaming that I find the White Witch, and that I am the first to know of an impending Imperial Assault.

It turns out that my closest friends from Uni and my college years are all pilots or Jedi.

Hell - my girlfriend pilots an MC 10 Manta Ray Armed Escort - isn't that right SmartDragon, honey - a vessel of my own design!

Yep - they get really vivid - saber battles, ground assaults and defenses, movie-like behind-cover moments with friends...

And the more sci-fi I read/wtch, the more ideas start to slip in.

After I'd read a certain NJO book, it merged with what I had started to day dream from playing Legend of Dragoon on the PSX.

Lightsabers that do not have crystals, but dragon spirits, and each Jedi had a dragon spirit that matched their element.

And there were eight of us, in particluar the White Silver Dragoon Jedi with twin crystal colour Sabers (my gf again).

Each had their own individual ship aswell.

Would actually make a cool cross-continuim story, but never had the guts to write it up.

Tend to stick to Family Bond, Crossfire.... Umm - actually, I WILL write it! Any interest in it?

Have I won? :D

If not, I would like to note that I dream of becoming the world's first starfighter, but preferably if it's a B-Wing...

SmartDragon - any chance I can share that bouncy room w/ you? :p

That reminds me of 8th grade Lunch periods last year... For about 3 weeks me and my friends would speak like Yoda at lunch. Eventually people starting catching the trend and then everything got a little wierd...

About sci-fi warping my brain:

I constantly try to imagine myself in the NJO time period. I'm usually thinking that my name is Tomar Dicol and that I'm a human from a planet called Earth which lies in the unknown region(save me god..).
