heh, I now have 900 health in metroid and purple anti-gravity armor lol. I have beaten like 5 bosses already and the game keeps getting more and more interesting. Now I can freeze some of the creature in ice. heheheh. And those Chozo ghosts scared the sh!t out me the first time I saw one. It was about 5:46 in the morning and I had been playing all night lol. Anyone who has gamecube, you WILL buy metroid! *waves hand*

the environments on Halo are too plain x.x

I expected a lot from Halo and it's just another shoot em up that just looks good... nothing much that made me really like the game above any other game... don't get me wrong it's a kewl game. I just expected it to be better x.x

Yeah, the level designers for Metroid must've died of exhaustion after making those. They're insanely detailed. I still think Halo has more to offer though.

Anyway, tried RL today, and it's good it justs seems so short now. :(

It should be a PC game also. I would never buy a Gamecube. Bad controllers, poor graphics, not many games available, etc. are many reasons why I don't like it. That is why I play my Playstation Original and Playstation 2 and PC. Plus, Rogue Squadron 3-D, the original was on PC. They wouldn't lose money to competition. PC is not a console.

See kids this is what an ignorant person looks like... example of ignorance:

1. "bad controller" the gamecube controller is VERY comfortable and great for the system. Just as the PS1/2 controller is good for the PS1/2

2. "poor graphics" I picked up a PS2 mag one day ages ago and they claimed the GameCube graphics were and I quote "as bad as Nintendo's last failure the Nintendo 64" Somehow I don't think this is right (notice the excessive amount of sarcasm used)...

3. "not many games available" Firstly it's better to have a few good games then hundreds of s#!t games...

Maybe for YOU. Many people hate the GC controller because it's tiny and the Z button is in a terrible place. I don't have giant gorilla hands, but the GC controller is entirely too small for me.

the only problem i find with the GC paddle is the z button. i liked the 64 paddle, but adjusting to the z button on the GC paddle took a little time.

oh, btw those who bought metroid prime and are close to the end...

There are these metroids that you are going to hate. you kill them, the diffuse and become two each with a different weakness (like the colored pirates)

I guess you're a mutant. Everyone I know loves and adores the monstrous xbox controller and hates the GC controller by virtue of the fact that the GC controller is so tiny that it could wear the xbox controller like power armor. Also the GC controller is smaller than the span of my hand which makes it very hard to hold in two hands. It's like using a mouse with both hands.

XBox controllers are also good floatation devices, at least the originals were, they came out with a better one and if you ask me, it looks similar to a Gamecube controller.

and Gamecube graphics do not suck.

and like Lynk said, I'd rather havea couple of awesome games instead of too many crappy games.

The only thing I like abot the XBox is the LAN ability. Hook up 2 boxes and play with 8 people. My friend did that last night and got some friends over and we played Halo all night. I own in the Vehicles. Nothing like roadkill :D

Ya, I think the R button replaced Z as the "Trigger Button"

I don't think I've played a GC game where I had to rely on Z too much.

I wish they'd make Halo for GC or make Halo 2 for GC but those Microsoft demons are to stubborn to share.. just like Nintendo is so oh well.

LOL!! what is wrong with the controller? I like it better than the xbox and ps2 one. Oh and Halo is awsome, but it doesn't even compare to metroid. WHAT?? WHEN YOU KILL METROIDS THEY SPLIT IN 2??? hahaha! I'm only half done with the game. And I unlocked an image gallery cause I scanned 50% of everything. I have fought metroidss, but I guess not the ones who were exposed to a ton og phazon.

My problem with the Gamecube controller is that it is wierd design and shape and it feels akward. Playstation 2 feels cool and easy to control. Plus Gamecube titles are very few. My problem with Gamecube titles is that Lucasarts decided to release Rogue Squadron II and III on Gamecube without releasing it on PC again like the first. Rogue Squadron 3-D was cool on my pc. It isn't fair to the pc fans. My other problem with Gamecube is they got Star Wars Jedi Knight II:Jedi Outcast and Playstation 2 didn't. I would of played PC version on my computer but my video card is only 8MB. I think Playstation 2 has awesome graphics. Medal of Honor: Frontline is realistic. I love it.
