And what would be the best work out for working out my stomach abs and thighs. I need to loose wieght in 2 months for my wedding and I just had a baby!!! STTCT - I think its a combination of both and for losing weight on the stomach, try to do crunches and situps, another thing you can do that works real well is (this is hard to explain but...) you sit down on the floor and your friend sits in front of you, your toes should be touching you grab eachothers hands and pull yourselves up (if you dont understand i'll try to get some pictures on it) I wouldnt recommend doing any kind of exercises without stretching before hand, its very important to stretch to prevent injury. Legameboy - Yes I workout everyother day for about 2 hours, I take martial arts so its good for me to train I also have a bag at home and a weight set so I can workout after my class. He has a treadmill and stuff, but I don't know about loosing wait, since he doesn't use the machines to loose wait... *shrugs* EDIT - Oh, yeh. Well, I play Baseball everyday, for about an hour. I used to be very active in my teens, but since I've had the kids, I've done virtually nothing. I keep promising myself I'll start to get more fit again, but after looking after the kids all day, I'm nakered as it is. I think the best form of exercise is Martial Arts.
