All right, I had to do some pretty significant rejiggering to make it work, but in the future if you install from CD images it will pick up and combine the two FullMonkeyMap files. Thanks for hanging in there while we sorted this confusing behavior out!3 points

For those of you that like listening to audiobooks, I cannot recommend enough Bronson Pinchot's reading. It's absolutely fantastic, with wonderful voice work for all the characters. The prologue alone is immediately gripping. My copy of the book, BTW:
