  1. Oh my god, I've seen "Sophie's World" before  isn't it like a young girly teenager book? we've started The Great "Gatsbey"... it's SO dull. It's like, yeah we get it, you're rich - get over yourselves!

Bah, it's the beginning of the year. You've got plenty of time to bump up your grade. My first exams (Psychology and Media) are in January... eek! Never even studied Psychology before. But I got an A* in Media at GCSE... so I've got a good chance in that. ;)

There are NO good looking guys in my classes. Hmf. Oh and BTW, the other day I was at the busstop, and this black guy came up to me. He started hitting on me, using all the oldest tricks in the book like "i've seen you before, i swear" and "you're a complicated woman, i bet." >_> I was just thinking 'urgh go away'. Anyway, guess how old he was? 23! when he found out I was 16, he was like "wow, no, you've got to be about 22 or something". Bleuygugughh.

  2. I've gotta go now.. buuut

My monday, tuesdays and fridays are ace - free spaces in the timetable during the day. but wednesdays and thursdays are just jam packed with lessons. at least it's not all work work work on a monday morning or friday night, ey? Already had two h/ws... but I love the classes!

    ps. what ARE credits?

  3. Nah, there are some nice people at this college. I've made friends with a guy who's a pro at Media, and we had an intellectual conversation about it, showing off to the rest of the class. It's cool.

    How was class today?

  4. I'll probably be gone by 11:30..

  5. No, no, he never had a brain and never will. :^:

It seems the only people I've managed to talk to is girls. Which is a pain, because I don't get along with girls as much as guys. And I'm straight. >_>

I love the subjects so far, but I just WASN'T in the mood to work, today. Psychology interested me, but i've been doing media for 2 years, so it was just the same old. At least I could brag about being the best in the class... A* in Media. Booyah.

  6. okay, you just said a lot of key words that confused me lol but I get what you mean, I think. I'm just so glad i can start afresh. It feels so good buying new books and new subjects. I've made quite a few 'friends'... more like acquaintances atm, but hopefully that'll change.

I started speaking to a REALLY freaky girl though. And I was stuck next to her for two hours in media. T_T probably will be for the rest of the year. She kept on hugging my arm and making weird bee sounds.

Also, an ex just tried to get in contact with me after deleting me off facebook/MSN for a year! As if.

  7. Eek, I feel sorry for you. It's a bit gutting being behind before you've even started. I had that in year 11 (last year of HS) ... I had like 6 courseworks unfinished, and about 6 to redraft... and lots of revision I'd missed out on.

My first day was great! Had psychology and media. In psychology I volunteered (with 4 other people) to go up and do a demonstration. The teacher handed us balloons to blow up. Mine was the biggest :^: and we had to hold it out in front of us with our eyes closed. I thought... 'the obvious thing is that shes going to pop it, but that's OBVIOUS, so she won't!' and the next thing I know BANG! my balloon popped. I squealed and everyone laughed lol. Slightly embarrassing.

  8. I know I saw that! Well done. :xp:

Had my first proper college day. It was quite cool. But I know like everyone. My friend said "god you're popular aren't you?"

  9. Blah, I need to get my head into college mode. I still don't know where the buses go properly. It's so confusing.

I dread to think of how little time I'll have for writing my stories once I start properly. I barely have time now!

    Anyway, I'm off. Goodnight.

  11. Nah, I'd rather keep my inspiration. :D

And yeah, when you're drunk you go numbish. So you don't feel pain as much. Hence the "unexplained bruises when you wake up" thing. You either notice and don't feel pain, or don't notice it, and act like everything's fine. I'm rubbish at keeping balance, so riding a bike drunk was a bad idea. You should've seen me - I had to sit on the floor outside for ages because I couldn't walk lol.

  12. lol thanks. Though one of his arms is yellow and the other is white.

    Shh.

  13. Yeah it's illegal to drive any form of vehicle with drink in you. I tried to ride a bike once, when I was so drunk I couldn't even stand up. I peddled about twice before the bike toppled to the side, and I fell off it lol.

I have inspiration but I'm too exhausted to write it!

  14. Back :)

God, the days are going quicker, now. I'm off in an hour and 15 minutes. Then tomorrow, I start my proper classes.

    Hows life?

  15. But HOP said the "white blur" at the end of the chapter, was Brianna. Not a mandalorian. That's the thing, it's very specific. HOP needs to be included...

Anyway, I'm going offline for a little bit, and I'll be back online soon.

  16. But he has Brianna AND Mission AND Dustil, so only Carth could really be related to the cliffhanger in some way, and he's not a POV character. How do you plan on dealing with it?

Try not to make it too long. How many words is it ?

  17. How long is it, so far?

Maybe since HOP needs to focus on his TFP and school, he would like to skip this next chapter. Then again he left his piece on a cliffhanger, and people would likely want to know what happened. I think he should start off chptr 2 (makes most sense).. then you 2nd and me third.

If it's gone overboard, look for things you've repeated, or thing that shouldn't be in it, yet. I mean, you've got a whole story to write about Exile restoring the order - she doesn't need to think about it all now.

  18. I wish my rollerblades still fit. And I wish my bike hadn't been stolen. :¬: I have weights but my sister broke them. Yes, broke them. I don't know HOW but they're snapped and torn! All except one.

Read the thing on K3. Yeah that's what I meant. I'm going to start on my chapter two piece soon... definitely going to make it shorter than my last. That'll make it easier for readers, and for me... and still get all the info across.

  19. Not excited for the work part of college, but for the socialising, yes. ^^

and for the £30 a week!

God the gym takes it out of you... even more than normal exercise. I did 2 hours today.

  20. Yeah, I just can't play music. I'd rather just LISTEN to it. Besides, what's so impressive about playing a musical instrument? I don't need an instrument to get me where I want! >.>

Except nearly all employers look for a language/musical instrument/IT skills. I haven't got any of them... well I have IT skills, but I never took IT, so they think I'm just useless, really!

  21. Bleh. I MIGHT come to Castlefield. MIGHT. But I won't drink anything that's going to get me drunk. That's if I DO drink.

  22. Nah, drinking doesn't mean you're fitting in. But not drinking doesn't mean you aren't fitting in. It's how you are when you do drink. I don't think I'm above anyone, because I've stopped drinking/smoking. It's a leisurely activity that people enjoy. How is not conforming to it, being 'above' them?

I don't fit in, but I do. I'm not the same as society, but because I surround myself with people who are just as weird, I fit in, then. :) You don't have to be different and not fit in. There's people everywhere just like you, in many ways.

  23. I'm off now. Got up get up for the gym, tomorrow.

    Good night. :)

  24. I don't care about rewards. I mean, they're nice, but I've helped people in the past without promise of them returning the favour. And when they hadn't I was just happy to help. They're usually small acts though, and no one notices. Which isn't really a big issue, but a lot of people think I'm selfish!

Like today, I gave a pound to charity and I didn't know about the stickers. But when I got one, I was happy. :^: People say selfless acts don't exist, but I reckon they do. They're just not noticed, or rare.

  25. Well it is true. If you figure out someones using you, you don't know whether to trust them or not. But the people who think that are usually either paranoid, or the person it's about is a bad liar. I, on the other hand, have never been caught bigging up someone's ego, unless I admitted it. But then they think I'll admit it every time ;)

I wouldn't do that just to speak to someone though. I don't care if I'm stood on my own - I'm not that low.
