Codja X Posted April 30, 2004 Posted April 30, 2004 In Ep3 it all kicks off - the jedi are battling for their lives, fighting off the hordes of enemies trying to destroy them. Obviously we are going to see a lot of them in action, but how frustrating has it been over the 1st 2 episodes to see characters such Plo Koon and Ki Adi Mundi just sitting there doing nothing. I personally think Plo Koon looks a bad ass and want to see some action from him - likewise it would be nice to see some of the others like Kit fisto, aayla secura and ki adi mundi in action as well. I'm not including anakin, obi-wan, mace, palpatine or yoda as we can assume that they will be in action. If you can think of anymore people i've missed, then i'll add it to the poll:

[excuse] I mention about the lack of action they see in Ep1 and Ep2, so it's sort of a retrospective look at the 1st 2 episodes etc etc. But yeah, Plo Koon should be seen killing a lot of things, with style. In fact, sod Anakin and all those - let's have EP3 concentrate on him!

Also, thanks to an NJO book or two, plus novels based on Dark Forces 1 and 2, the DF gaming series (except JK2 and JK: JA) are canon too. Which means that eventually a cloned Palpatine will fight Luke and Leia with a lightsaber. It's EU but it's canon enough to be true in the storyline.
dark jedi 8 Posted May 10, 2004 Posted May 10, 2004 maul, dooku, and vader were sith and they all had lightsabers.. so thats enough proof that if the "weak" apprentices had lightsabers then the "great" master should at least have 1. and be able to use it.

But Maul IS indicative of the saber training of the Sith, since apparently he was raised to be a Sith as a child (much like Jedi younglings). Kryllith

Most of the Jedi are dead though (perhaps all of them but the "main" characters which Lucas says won't be in the show anyway), so maybe not. Anyway, probably time to close this one, kind of obsolete.
