See i got my birthday money, i thought i could spend some of it. But i dont know what to get, i already have a good graphic card, i have more than enough RAM, my sound card can still last for maybe another few years. I am happy enough with my flat screen, my processor can last for another year.

I was thinking of getting a 2.1 speaker. (its the only one small enough to fit in my room) Tomorrow i am going to the Creative warehouse sale. But my dad said i have not much need for a new speaker.

Does anyone of you have any good stuff in mind?

Buy some games if you have any consoles. If you dont have a console, buy one. I have a PS2, XBOX, and GC...and well, I recommend an XBOX for now, because of Halo 2 and Fable coming out. But if you dont have $150 plus games and stuff to spend, get a GC, cuz a GC is coming out with a SUPER DUPER KILLER LINEUP. And the PS2....I havent played for like a year...so yeah...lol

Get a USB Flash Disk...

it is basically a stick of ram & a usb port that is encased in plastic, about the size of a pocket knife. It easily attaches to your usb port & then shows up on your system as a drive. It comes in 128mb & 256mb (actually, there may be even more, those were as large as I saw last I was out to look at those).

It is extremely useful for smuggling stuff into school with...err...I mean taking projects back & forth.

Other than that, mp3 player or game, dvd, etc.

As far as I know, there's the 64mb, 128mb, and 256mb. I think I've seen the 512mb one too.

I have the 64mb one, and I like it.

yeah, I've got a 256 & it kicks the ass. I used it during college to take large projects from school to home & back. Very handy.

DOUBLE POST!!

Arrgh, Mozilla choked up on me while posting...I guess I could delete this one, but it completely negates all of this typing.

you can get ones that accomodate sony memory sticks, at least 2 gigajisms as well as any internal memory.... but who nees to carry around >1gb of data anyways. 256/512 is plenty. I have a 128 and it serves my purposes fine :D

Just got back from Creative, i got a wireless keyboard and wireless 800 dpi mouse. My dad got a GigaWorks 7.1 S750 (at a cheap price of coruse) And a Nomad MP3 player. I almost got a 128MB 3D Blaster ATI Radeon 9800 Pro, it was only $449 (in singapore cash) About half the price in other places.
