KOTOR IV: Zakonniye Sithov: The Lawful Sith

Elron went to his bunk and kicked open the footlocker beneath it. He quickly took his robes off, dressed in specially modified plate armor, and then re-robed himself. He then summond the Force.

"Well, might as well do this right." he mumbled and he converted the built up power into a storm of lightning that engulfed his person, lancing through his body. He gritted his teeth against the pain, the only sound escaping his lips was a small grunt.

After about thirty seconds, he stopped the flow of lightening and surveyed himself. His robes, cloak, and hood were smoking, they were burned and torn in several places, the armor beneath it blackened. This was a quite passable re-creation of carbon scoring. Of course, upon closer examination, the Jedi would see that the armor was not penatrated anywhere, so a blaster would not have been the COD. However, he did not intend to allow the Jedi to get that close.

He then sat on the ground, chanting teachings of the Ancient Sith to calm himself and as he lay down flat on the ground, he was already almost knocked-out.

Falya smiled and drove a small knife into her chest. The pain was terrible, but the Force aided her in repairing all but the surface damage. She dropped to the ground and grunted. Staring at Kent as he slipped deeper into meditation, she muttered, "Remind me not to try that again..." Then, she too slid to the floor and all appearances of life left her.

Tysyacha made a sign over herself, begging the Force and the spirits

of the Ancient Sith for protection. Falya had driven a dagger into her

chest, and her Master had cast Force Storm upon himself. Her chosen

method of temporary dispatchment was the reverse of the powerful

Dark power called Drain Life. She channelled almost all of her own

strength, stamina, and life-force out into the dull air of the ship.

Hopefully, the Jedi would not sense anyone alive aboard the

Shadowed Balance, and when the time was right, the Lords

and Ladies of the Lawful Sith would unleash their most decisive

attack. Syscha smiled, her face a sculpture of peace, and lay back.

(OOC: I'm going to be gone for the rest of the day and tomorrow.

My Uncle Emil passed away suddenly, and our family is going to

his funeral over in Iowa. It's a long, overnight trip. Good luck

on the assault, and I'll see you all when I get back! :) May

the Force be with you. :))

Kent winced as he saw Falya drive the knife into her chest. He knew she would be all right, but it still hurt her. He sighed and did his own method of self-dispatchment.

He gripped his own saber in his hand, then with his other hand he put a slugshooter to his chest. It'd be ugly and painful, but convincing. He willed the force to begin healing, and pulled the trigger.

His chest blew open, spraying pieces of cloth and skin everywhere. Fighting the pull of unconciousness he willed the wound to begin healing like Falya and the others had taught him. Finally he gave in, and went into a deep healing meditation.

Still slightly aware of his surroundings, Elron felt the life force of the planet growing closer and closer. As they progressed, he stretched out, sensing all and everything. Falya, Kent, and Syscha were all out. The ship seemed just what it was supposed to be. When the Jedi came, they would see a slug wound on Kent, a dagger wound on Falya, and if they came to find Elron, they'd find a blown power conduit.

He pushed outside the ship, sensing the Sith fleet lying in wait and the unsuspecting millions on the planet below. Even father still, he could sense the large penecal of light that was the Jedi Temple. However, amid the peace and serenity...there was chaos and destruction. Sion must have already started his assult.

But what was this? There appeared to be a Jedi speeder taking off from the hangar. Just as planned...

"Naturally," Tirya agreed. "But the leader isn't likely to barge up and make himself known. We have to have a plan for finding the leader."

Suddenly, she winced, put a gloved hand to her head and leaned heavily against the nearest wall. Her eyes were wide when she looked up again. A whispered, "No..." left her lips as she stared at Wash with unseeing eyes.

Sometimes, even the greatest of Sith Lords and Ladies can be utterly

and completely wrong. Tysyacha had thought that when she slipped

into the black void of unconsciousness, nothing would trouble her.

Nothing would haunt her mind, leaving her prepared for the exact

moment when the Jedi Knights on Coruscant would board the

Shadowed Balance. Until then, she would rest in peace...

Not so. Slowly and gently, a vision appeared in her mind's eye,

a swirling form of glowing blue. It was male, clothed in the traditional

robes of the Jedi Order, its hair tied back in a shimmering queue, or

male ponytail. The apparition wore an expression of heart-wrenching

sorrow, one of pain mingled with guilt. It spoke, tears running down its face.

"Dvukhsotnaya! What have you done?"

"Sir?" asked Tysyacha in her mind's eye. "Wait--Master Tadrick?

Is it you? What happened? Are you still alive, after all these years?"

"No, my Tysyacha. I was in a hovercraft on Nar Shaddaa, attempting

to maneuver through the heavily-congested air traffic, when suddenly

my vehicle swerved out of control. My physical body was killed, but

do not weep for me, young Dvukhsotnaya. As our Jedi Code says,

'there is no death. There is the Force.' I am one with it now, and

even though I am at peace, there is something that pains me still!"

"I am Sith?", asked Tysyacha humbly, and Master Tadrick nodded.

"I have failed you, Darth Dvukhsotnaya. There is a flaw in our

Jedi Code somewhere, I think, which those Knights in tune with

the Dark Side of the Force have exploited. I take the blame for

your downfall, for I was not there to guide you when the Dark

Lord, your husband, enticed you to follow his will. For this, I weep!"

"The blame is mine," said Tysyacha, bowing her sightless head.

"I was the one who thought turning to the Dark Side would help

me defeat Darth Sion years ago. It did not, and it only injured

me further. Help me, Tadrick. If the Jedi catch us, they'll kill

Elron, my husband, Kent and Falya, and me! My babies, too!"

"Nonsense. Jedi never kill their prisoners. I'll be with you."

The vision faded, and Syscha was left with the void she wanted.

Syscha! Elron yelled, touching his wife's mind. He had sensed that something...someone was there. And something had happened. Syscha! Who was that? I know someone just spoke to you. Tell me! he shouted, more out of worry and anxiousness than actual anger. The person had a Light Side aura...if a living Jedi had contacted her...then their plan could be over before it even began.

Mmm..Elron? Tysyacha reached out in response to her

husband's call through the Force. Don't worry. I'm all right.

The old Master that tried to turn me back to the ways of the

Jedi has not convinced me. His Code is fatally flawed, and ours

attempts to fix those flaws--the prohibition of strong emotions,

passions, and even love. It's going to take a lot more than mere

compassion to turn me back to the Light! It will take a strong will,

a supreme sacrifice on the part of the Jedi, to do such a thing!
