Okay, a poll, If you could use any working TSL ship in place of the ebon hawk to transport your party around the galaxy, which would you use?

Nihilus's ship, light (like Zion control center in matrix)

Nihilus's ship, dark (same old gloomy ship you killed N in)

Goto's ship,

Republic ship,

An ebon hawk reskin. (please post your favorite skin suggestion:) )

The results will determine which just might make it into a future mod,

Please state your reason, and feel free to add suggestions for placeables in the ships, for example if I was to use nihilus's ship I would have plenty of room for a gym (ala kamino eugenics chamber) and a sparring ground.

edit: I had a brain fart, and can't remember their names.

Any other ideas for included features, or NPC's?

I do like the idea of having a yacht with droids on it, maybe I could make one almost exactly like Goto's and one with a more luxury look to it?

Another idea I've been playing around with is being able to use your ship to transport NPCs, you can charge them fare, and communicate with them between destinations, I'll have to make smuggling compartments as well;)

I'd also toyed with the idea of hiring NPC smiths to set up shop in your ship, giving you access to items and upgrades, you'll have to spend a bit to convince them to join, but they'll give you a cut of their profits based on how many people your transporting who have need of their services,

a weapon merchant will make more if you transport mercenaries instead of civilians,

but each type of commuter carries it's own risks and rewards.

(LOL, this is gonna be a 20 gig DL)

That could be done, it would make more sense, if the ship is purchaseable it would have a non military paintjob.

I just don't know if I can get rid of all that nasty furniture:D

I would probably be able to do it, since it's actually part of the module on peragus, I might use Peragus as a space station where you purchase them for that very reason, You also get a good look at ebon hawk reskins there to.

one thing I might add is guided tours, by an "honest" salesman:D

Yeah, the hammerhead is the ugliest of them all, I just wanted to have every playable ship as an option, it does have an engine room and a medbay which could be used creatively, but on the downside... CHAIRS EVERYWHERE, TABLES INTHE WAY OF LIFE!!!

If the hammerhead proves unpopular in the long run due to it's limitations, I might be able to use the medbay as a 2nd deck of the ravager......

@captain skye,

I didn't make this clear before because I'm doing all this research before making a fully explanational anoucement, but to hold you over till dinner:D

You start off as a sith (knight comparable) in a parallel story with KI (but done for TSL, because it has Mira)

You "AREN'T" the exile, you are a whole new person (with a whole new history), and at some point you will have the option to purchase or upgrade your ship, either way, the ebon hawk will still be available,

and as for it being big, if you read up a few, your transport can be used more as a mobile spacestation, that is if you can afford it, the bigger the ship, the bigger the bounce of your check:D

I know I've been referring to it as the Hawk, but at the same time Revan is currently in possession of the hawk, so yours will be a similar model, so it is quite possible that you would have a new paintjob.

See, that's the spirit:D

any and all suggestions you ever wanted to happen in your ship...besides anything involving Mira;)

The remote training would probably work well, since it was already in the game, maybe we could call up holograms to that simulate anyone you'll have fought, so as you play through the game you can unlock more:D

you'll also have to play as DS and LS through the story to fight the coresponding characters.

Another thing might be to incorporate the holocommunications into the plot line. For example, you could contact the jedi council or other people for various plot points while you were on the ship. Plus it would help you feel a part of a larger universe.
