MayNilad Warrior
Why is it that whenever i cheat, my teammates start going to the darkside as i go higher into the light
Soogz
Yeah, its just a little glitch. I guess when they enabled cheating in the game it litterally meant that you were cheating, there for as you cheat to get lightside points, the aim towards the darkside. Or vice versa. That's just my take on it.
SITHSLAYER133
dude if ur talkin about tsl its because u very little influence over them causing them to go oppositte ur direction
Soogz
No, but he is asking it because when you cheat no matter how much influence you have with them, if you use an "adddarkside" or an "addlightside" code, it will cause them to go towards the opposite direction depending on which allignment you choose. MayNilad Warrior
can anyone make a mod to correct this
Darth333
You can use KSE and change the G_PC_Align_Val variable to match your current alignment.
The Doctor
^That doesn't help, Darth333. The next time you pass through a loading screen, it sets it right back to the opposite of your own allignment. This problem is caused by your charisma being set to high, or, if you're useing KSE, your influence is to high. Stupid bug. Just one of the many TSL has. EDIT: Never mind, I didn't read your post correctly, D333. That will work as well. I though you said change their allignment using KSE (just like using the add_____side cheat ingame). Still, my way is much more permanent, because as soon as you gain allignment points, those of your companions will shift the oppposite way. RedHawke
^^^^ MayNilad Warrior, please ignore this person, you have every right to play your game any way you like it.
Ztalker
I have to agree, Although i never (true!) cheat, messing with alignments can be cool Something cool: bao-Dur get's Darth Maul tattoos if he's completely dark but it's a bit bugged. Even if a NPC is darksided, and he started of as light, he will comment on your evil deeds, and vice versa.
Darth333
OoMandaloreoO: stop spamming the boards. This is your warning.
Jae Onasi
The games are fun without cheats, and the games are fun with cheats and modded to the max. You do get a different experience depending on whether you use cheats or not--I've boosted alignment/influence just to see what happens so I don't have to go repeat things 500 times with all the NPCs. The main thing is that you enjoy playing the games.
RobQel-Droma
CHEATING IS FOR LAAHOOSAAHEERS I used to wonder why people would cheat, but sometimes I do it myself. After I finish the game, of course, I don't want to mess up my game when I am actually trying to beat it, but I cheat other times. Especially on JA, when it gets really boring after a while. I like messing around with spawning people and fighting them. So no, it is not for losers.
RC-1162
^^^ im with you. i usually go to a cliff, spawn an r2 d2 unit and force push it off the ledge. anyway, couldnt you try individually changing their alignments after youve done yours? JediKnight707
CHEATING IS FOR LAAHOOSAAHEERS I like to cheat, and I'm not a loser (I hope :/). It's actually fun with cheats Because your like immortal with them. Adds an alternative view on the game.
