Like calling everyone inferior on a Forum that he is supposed to maintain 'free and liberal' to everyone that comes here?

Unfortunately, that works both ways, not just for you, Vlad. Sith has the right to call you inferior, if he so wishes.

What say we stop arguing over a simple comment that doesn't really matter?

Then it's obvious your best isn't good enough.

Why do I get the feeling that you're an only child and that your parents divorced while you were at a young age:xp:

Anyway, enough of that line of discussion.

Nah, Sith just grew up with the idea that he is better than, well, almost everybody else. It's made him sort of a prick, and to be honest, I wouldn't have it any other way! :)

Well, if that is how it is, then you've been out-done by a small child with a broken home.

Congratulations.

I hate that I've been called names and badmouthed when all I did was tell the truth! ;_________________________________;

You all are meanieheads. :(

"Cut it out", Lynk? >_>

Sorry, I couldn't resist.

Anyway, does anyone have any plans to add in the non-starwars forums? They're a pretty major part of the site too, and it seems a shame to leave them out. I mean, I'm sure they'll be added inevitably, but is anyone planning on it currently?

I've posted the article in the Iniana Jones area and the Communal discussion area, so people will add them eventually.

Besides, we still have to finish the Star Wars section.

Heads up, someone has put up an unencyclopedic boilerplate on the article, and a boilerplate for cleaning up the article. Page history suggests that this dude called Interiot has done it. I somewhat agree with him, though. An article on a web forum, that has made absolutely no controversial advancements, seems unnecessary at Wikipedia. I'm getting a feeling that in a few weeks the article will be burned...

So instead, we can use this thread to boast about what we've done at Wikipedia. :)

I'll Start: I provide screenies from KotOR II for Wikipedia articles, such as HK-50, Malachor V, Telos, Telos Shuttle etc.

wtf...this thread has weirded out :p

I can see why the doc started an identical one at the cantina.... :p

Like Ive said at the start, its a great gesture but you really do need someone to clean it and 'wiki' it up for you...

dont just take my word for it - wiki has called you up on it too Doc

I can wiki it up proper, but I can tell you it wont look like it does now(theres far too much info in there wouldnt mean much to someone who has never been to LF)

The way its written, its a tribute for LF by LF users, and thats not what wikipedia is about...

Yeah, can everyone say unencyclopedic? I hope the editor succeeds in getting that article deleted, because all I see is a bunch of links, and nothing encyclopedic. Perhaps if you actually wrote articles, and not just links? Maybe write about how LucasForums came to be? I think all the forums were merged many moons ago, and out of the ashes came the LFN. Weren't there some "forums wars?" Why not talk about how some admins are buddy buddy with LucasArts peeps? Content people, not just copying and pasting links.

Untill it is fixed, I give the article a frowny face. :(

Yes, I thought of that. I thought of putting up DarthMaulUK up there. The only prob is, I've just spent two years here and I don't really know much about it's origins. I know much about the Swampie culture, though. About the Swampie lists, the epic war where Pie, me, Astro and Siv (i think) battled another forum, for the right to use the word "Swamp." Yes, the old days...

hey man, you just copynpasted your post from the cantina ! :p thats crazy spammage

anyway, unless someone has huge objections, Im hereby volunteering to clean it up. But it will be done later this week/on the weekend, and I will make it more "encyclopaedic" and less cluttered -

I will include in succinct fashion, as phreak has mentioned

*Origins(may need some help with this)

*Main focus, very broad area/strutcure overiew, membership details

*Pg 13, moderated content (parents who use wiki may be intersted in hearing about that)

*Ties with LA/devs

*highlights(most popular areas), diplomatic mention of "forum wars", new attractions - E@W

the only link I will include is to the main/start page.

if anyone has any suggestions or wouldlike to get a head start feel free :)

Three threads, three replies.

Actually, if I were you, I'd get a move on it. You never know when the wikibosses will yank it. And unless I'm not understanding the point of wikipedia, it is for everyone to add their part, you don't need anyone's permission to add to it.

Well, I read the rules. Advertising is against them.

If anyone wants to keep it up, they better make it more "encyclopaedic" and less like and ad soon. I don't know how long you have, but it can't be too long before it gets the ol' *YOINKAGE*.

If someone wants to make it mor "encyclopedic" go right ahead. I, unlike some people who apparently do, don't sit at home reading the encyclopedia. I actually have a life (for the most part).:xp:
